Typically, this person will be a commercially astute and financially savvy operational leader with a passion for boating and a track record of managing teams and driving profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess prior P&L responsibility and hands-on business management experience, ideally within marina operations or a related field.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Business Leader:

Operational Management:
Ensure operations comply with Health & Safety and industry regulations
Manage marine lifting operations and yard equipment
Plan and oversee daily team workloads
Assist in operational tasks and emergency duties as required

Strategic Development:
Identify and implement new business opportunities
Maximize revenue streams and identify cost-saving initiatives
Collaborate with Marketing to execute growth strategies
Manage and develop commercial properties to ensure compliance and profitability

Financial Oversight:
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
Monitor business performance against targets
Plan capital expenditure and manage cost controls

Leadership and Team Development:
Build a culture of customer service and continuous improvement
Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team
Handle employment contracts, training plans and succession planning
5.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Promote Thornham as a leading marina destination
Foster relationships with suppliers, tenants, and local authorities
Represent the business in key negotiations and agreements

Innovation and Growth:
Explore new technologies and processes to improve operations
Support wider business growth aligned with strategic goals
Qualifications and Requirements for the Business Leader:
Proven experience managing a business or operational unit with full P&L responsibility
Experience managing and motivating diverse teams
Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budgeting and reporting
Demonstrated success delivering growth and new initiatives
Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills
Technically minded with knowledge of boat handling or lifting operations preferred
Familiar with Health & Safety legislation and best practices
Experience in sales and marketing strategy development
CRM systems knowledge is desirable
A proactive, team-oriented, and positive attitude

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20.00 and $33.00.

Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for jobsite safety, resolving project issues and problems, scheduling and providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, quality and affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards, project costs and generating reports on project status, and ensuring owner satisfaction. This position requires 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman.
You must be able to keep project records and interface with owners, subcontractors, and Company management.
Travel is required. Additional duties will include participating in development and enforcement of jobsite safety plans, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Also, responsibilities will include Sales & Service Support, Field Resource & Customer Management communication as necessary.
Core understanding of General building standards knowledge, Scheduling, Shop drawing review.
OSHA 10 Hour Certification is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.
Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies.
This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled.
