Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor. Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment. Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training required.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to function effectively in a team setting. Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and dependability.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Gathering, recording and reviewing information provided by unpaid carer services.

Completing Carers Assessments for unpaid carers at the request of the commissioned unpaid carers service provider (if they consider that the unpaid carer's needs require further assessment from the Local Authority, or the unpaid carer declines their input).
To deliver the highest standards of customer care, to undertake such follow up work as required by procedures or instruction on behalf of the citizens by adopting a strength based approach to interactions.
There will be a requirement to be aware and stay abreast of changing technologies and current adult social care legislation including safeguarding.
The post holder will retain a small but challenging, complex caseload, as appropriate, of younger and older adults, who will need frequent specialist intervention to support their needs.

THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Project Manager and / or Quantity Surveyor.
You must have gained experience of working in the hotel and hospitaltiy sectors with a particular focus on refurbishment and repositioning of existing hotels and the development of new build hotel properties.
You must have excellent client facing skills to be able to build relationships with clients and help to grow this office.
You should be able to manage a number of projects ensuring projects come in on time, within budget and give complete client satisfaction.
You should be able to lead a small team of project managers and quantity surveyors.
Be able to manage and resolve any disputes, outstanding fees and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality assurance standards.
You are likely to have at least fifteen years or more experience in the delivery of large construction projects from inception to completion and have five years or more experience of hospitality / hotel projects.
You will need to have a construction related qualification and possibly be chartered or similar.
