JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibility of Technical Sales Manager is to manage the day-to-day sales activities and account responsibilities to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling and training of DAP StormBond Roof Tile Adhesive products and DAP caulks and sealants.
Territory includes Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plan by effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales partners. Create and work from a written business development plan for the industry and markets you service. Provide Technical assistance to Distributors, Installers, and Building Inspectors for product and related equipment. Training of customers by performing live product demonstrations, remote learning, and education presentations. Regularly call dealers and prospects in assigned area. Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing, and merchandising. Communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing. Establish relationships with dealers, regional & national wholesalers, and key end users. Effectively manage T&E and promotional budgets. Daily Local Travel within region, minimal overnight travel. Other administrative duties required by DAP.
Requirements
3-5 years sales experience in roofing and complimentary products Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Construction experience as an installer, especially the installation of foam Roof Tile Adhesive products is not required but is a major plus. Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills both.
Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Working knowledge and understanding of the permitting process with NOA's and approvals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e.
Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to work in adverse conditions, around chemicals, navigate construction sites, and climb ladders.

Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Identify, establish, and communicate cascading EHS goals for the Corsicana Plant, incorporating the needs of Plant as well as the greater Tremco organization. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on existing and evolving EHS regulatory matters to the EHS team, Site Leadership team and Plant Manager. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Monitor the execution of EHS, Process Safety, and Security compliance-related engineering and capital projects at the Corsicana Plant to ensure completion in accordance with deadlines as established with local and federal agencies. Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Follows deposit invoice progression to ensure collection prior to material shipment. Reviews order invoicing and subcontractor payment details to determine if within approval guidelines; escalates for approval as needed; enters information into the computer system and generates payments and invoices. Proactively escalates compliance and risk related concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. Responsible for reviewing and updating backlog, leftover, invoicing, product forecasting, and other management reports as required. Forecast review and updates to ensure invoicing is captured in appropriate period Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms, as required. Requests for insurance certificates for customers and general contractors. Logs Contracts to be executed upon receipt and order entry; responsible for ensuring execution prior to project start. Processes invoices from outside vendors, ensure invoices are allocated to the correct project or account and that actual costs do not exceed budget. Partners with Accounting and Purchasing to set up new vendors.

High school diploma with extensive experience in customer service field. BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field, preferred. 2+ years prior related work experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer service. Cover a south east patch predominantly travelling nationwide when needed, carry out water treatment tasks, installation of ventilation systems and reports for health and safety.

* Carry out installations of local exhaust ventilation systems for a range of different clients

The successful Field Service Engineer will need:
* Experience in water treatment and local exhaust ventilation (LEV)
* CSCS card and experience working on construction sites
* Driving licence, happy to travel nationwide and stay away when required

The Role of the Telesales Team Leader:
Lead, mentor and manage a small telesales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Proactively generate and follow up on sales leads, maximising opportunities.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying growth opportunities.
Support the team in qualifying leads and coordinating next steps with branches and the wider sales team.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer solutions.
Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
