Responsible for raw material storage area and accumulating raw materials for batching purposes.
Essential Functions
Assume control of "QC Approved" materials from Receiving Department, storing them in the appropriate bin location.
Accumulate material as needed to make a specific batch of Work in Process.
Enter the lot numbers for each accumulated raw material into the BaaN System under the appropriate batch number.
Maintain inventory control area in a neat and orderly fashion.
Perform cycle counts as directed by the Purchasing and/or Production Departments.
Adjust system inventory at the direction of the above departments.
Perform physical inventory as required by StonCor/Stonhard management.

As a Maintenance Technician at DAP's Pacific Plant, you will be a member of the plant Maintenance team responsible for monitoring aerosol filling operations to ensure standards for quality and productivity are met.
Responsibilities:
• Start-up, monitor, perform major adjustments and shut down fill line equipment.
Open and close building, making sure building is secure.
Work without supervisor or lead tech.
Start up equipment, air compressor, pumps, line, labeler.
Run production line after set up and make any major or minor repairs necessary.
Unloading material from trucks, mix a batch of material if needed- Building maintenance.
• Assist aerosol machine associates and temporary personnel involved in the operation of aerosol equipment.
Assist in training of new technicians, installing new equipment, work with aerosol machine associates and answer any questions concerning adjustments on equipment.
• Perform and record results of inspections of label applications, capping and pressure seals, can weights.
• Stage consumable supplies such as labels, glue, straws, cans and caps to ensure continuous flow of filling operations.

Complete and submit requisitions to request or return materials to stock.
Check in all materials according to the work order.
• Dispose of scrap cans, spills or ruptured cans, spraying out contents of scrap cans and cleaning leaked product from machinery, floors, walls, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of machines and work area.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and rebuild equipment (PM).
Diagnose problems, work with engineers, supervisors, co-workers to get the problem solved.
Maintains PM's, rebuild gas pumps, material pumps, boosters, gas boosters, etc.
Operate milling machines, drill presses, tools and measuring tools.
• Develop ways to increase the effectiveness of machines and equipment.
Install new piping, improve designs of machines and equipment.

Essential Functions
Participates in cycle counting raw materials, in-process, and finished goods as outlined by ISO 9001 SOP
Processes and maintains receiving and shipping documents in accordance with ISO 9001 SOP
Performs the complete set of functions as outlined in ISO 9001 SOP's necessary to receive and store raw materials and finished goods
Identifies, pulls, counts, stages and ships orders.
Process pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents.
Loads and unloads trucks.
Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts material as it is received by the Company, and distributes material quickly and efficiently.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas.
Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate person/departments after receiving process is complete.
Immediately cleans and reports any spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
One year minimum warehouse experience.
Six (6) months previous shipping/receiving or one-year prior general warehouse experience
Forklift operations experience
