Essential Functions
Advise HR and management on employment law issues, including hiring, performance management, terminations, wage and hour compliance, accommodations, and employee relations.
Partner with HR to draft, review and update employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, separation agreements, and employee handbooks.
Manage and respond to employment-related claims and administrative charges (EEOC, DOL, state agencies) and conduct internal investigations, as needed.
Partner with HR to develop and deliver training on employment law topics, including anti-harassment, discrimination and workplace conduct.
Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices remain compliant.
Support internal investigations and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
Collaborate with outside counsel on employment litigation and complex legal matters.
Assist with labor relations and union matters, as needed.
Provide support to other areas of the legal department, as needed (e.g., contracts, intellectual property, litigation, real estate and compliance).
Minimum Requirements
J.D.
from an ABA accredited law school.
Admission to, and good standing with, at least one US state bar (or DC).
5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on employment law; in-house experience preferred.
Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA).
Excellent judgment, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across departments.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in a corporate legal department or advising corporate clients.
Familiarity with international employment law.
Experience managing or advising on workplace investigations and compliance programs.
Ability to change gear quickly and provide service to a wide range of different needs, business models, and personality types.
Purposeful, results-focused, with well-developed prioritization skills.
Some travel (domestic and international) is required.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours a day.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $105,000 and $115,000.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Primarily responsible for lab testing and field trials for new product development, field training of TM's and installers on product installations and system set up and maintenance.
Also acts as a technical liaison for field personnel and various internal departments.
Essential Functions
Conducts on-going market research for Product Managers and marketing services. Performs laboratory, forensic analysis for field failures and for the purpose of making product recommendations. Provides product and application training for sales engineers and field sales managers as required. Provides field training and project management for foreign affiliates and for large or complex projects. Assists in new product development including lab work, field trials, commercial scale-up and field follow-up. Special order custom product needs and provides approval for both experimental and discontinued products. Enters new product information (formula, in-process, updates, price and cost) into system. Maintains technical literature and creates and edits various technical and promotional publications (i.e., Tech Lines, product Corners, Product Information Guide, Engineering Details). Provides outside sales support as well as handles incoming calls and lead qualification
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills. Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment. Requires travel within company plants, distribution facilities and other North American locations. Must possess reliable transportation.
Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing food & drinks manufacturer as a Production Operative.
They are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are keen to kickstart a career within their business.
Responsibilities will include:
, Labelling, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch to a high standard
, Work on improving the compliance actions through standard work on detailed activities
, To ensure all Health and Safety requirements are always followed across the site; help to identify and fill any gaps in safety that may arise; reporting of all accidents, near misses and property damage to Management
, To follow the company food quality standards
, To follow the company HACCP policy through Safe Operating Procedures
, To follow the company policy on waste reduction across the site
, To ensure a high level of housekeeping across the site for food safety
On offer is a starting salary of £24,750 increasing to £25,500 after training, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, reward and recognition programme, free parking and an extra day off on your birthday! Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
