They require a skilled Datacomms Engineer capable of handling everything from simple email applications to complex computer networks involving devices such as routers and switches.
This role requires providing installation and commissioning engineering support for MoD/Gov systems worldwide, often at short notice.
You will also offer technical support for business development activities related to products and be responsible for building and testing new or repaired MoD systems.

Key Responsibilities for the Datacomms Engineer:
- Assist MOD System Engineering with product and service evaluations aligned with company strategy, driven by requirements from Sales, Marketing, Management, or self-initiated.
- Support MOD Systems Engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, including design, prototyping, building, installation, integration, and testing, accompanied by thorough documentation.
- Verify design solutions through testing as directed by the Systems Engineering Manager.
- Provide assistance to the projects office for resolving escalated faults.
- Deliver training on terminals for bespoke solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with management and marketing on the technical aspects of product marketing and arrange and support customer demonstration facilities.
- Understand the use of cryptographic equipment and its application and impact in company systems.
- Set up and demonstrate complex satellite communication systems tailored to meet customer needs.
- Perform system administration tasks as outlined in the Security Organisation document.
Key Skills and Experience Required by the Datacomms Engineer:
- Satcom terminal experience required (DVB/Inmarsat).
- Must hold, or have the ability to achieve, DV Security Clearance.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Good administration skills.
- Flexible and pro-active.
- Awareness of MoD systems and requirements.
- Broad IT & Network skills required.
- Professional registration desirable.

They require a Flight Software Team Lead to focus on leading Flight Software verification and validation development, including (but not limited to) supporting the design of high-level architecture, reviewing requirements, improving existing software, ensuring documentation is complete and requirements are being met.
The Flight Software V&V team is responsible for the integration, verification, validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of satellite flight software.
As the Team Leader, the appointee will be supporting and guiding the team from both a technical and people management perspective.
Responsibilities for the Flight Software Team Lead:
- Plan the work for the software team, creating detailed schedules for the flight software effort across key company projects.
- Ensure the flight software V&V is created to the required level of quality and delivered on time and to budget.

- Act as subject matter expert in Flight Software Verification & Validation.

The Ideal Person for the Area Business Manager
At least 3 years selling experience with consistent over-plan performance.
Thorough knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement).
Ideally a Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Business or another relevant advanced degree.
Previously Medical Sales experience would be an advantage but not a must.
Results orientated.
Sales force competencies.
Team oriented.
Full driving license.

The Role of the Senior Service Technician
Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs on a wide range of equipment, including compressors, driers, EXVs, TEVs, and control panels.
Perform preventative maintenance on all chiller and rooftop units.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
Collaborate with technical and office-based colleagues to ensure full understanding of job requirements.
Work closely with coordinators to ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per contract agreements.
Obtain customer approval for all work carried out.
Ensure timely requests for parts to maintain efficient workflow.
Keep coordinators informed of job progress to ensure smooth allocation of future tasks.
Complete and submit job sheets accurately and promptly.
Learn and adapt to new products as necessary.

The Ideal Person for the Senior Service Technician
Open to learning new products and technologies as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) solutions evolve.
Possess a Level 2/3 NVQ qualification in Air Conditioning and/or Refrigeration.
