THE OPPORTUNITY:We're partnering with a fast-growing and successful business that's investing heavily in its finance function and technology, as it continues an exciting period of growth and transformation.This is an outstanding opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a collaborative finance team, working closely with the Financial Controller and supporting a portfolio of businesses.
You'll take ownership of the monthly Management Accounts, Month-End reporting, statutory accounting, and financial analysis, whilst playing a key role in driving automation, process improvements, and commercial insight across the business.This role is ideal for a commercially minded Management Accountant or an ambitious finalist looking to step into a broader role where you'll gain exposure to finance transformation projects, business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and AI-driven process improvements.THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for a broad range of financial and commercial accounting duties, including:
Preparing monthly Management Accounts with detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year
Taking ownership of the Month-End close process for your business units
Producing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls
Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts and the external audit process
Preparing VAT Returns and supporting wider compliance activities
Assisting with budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and cashflow forecasting
Delivering detailed product margin analysis and commercial reporting
Business partnering with key stakeholders across operations, sales, marketing, and commercial teams
Producing financial reports and analysis using Excel and Power BI
Driving finance process improvements through automation, Power Query, and AI tools
Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of Business Central and the wider finance technology platform
Working across multiple entities and supporting wider group finance projects
Providing ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
THE PERSON:Essential
Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or actively studying towards qualification, exceptional Qualified by experience (QBE) candidates will be considered.
Strong experience preparing monthly Management Accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and Month-End reporting
Experience supporting statutory accounts, VAT Returns, and the external audit process
Advanced MS Excel and experience of using an ERP System, any exposure to PowerBI would be advantageous
Commercially minded with the ability to analyse financial performance and provide meaningful business insight
Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across the business
Experience within a multi-entity or group environment would be advantageous

Position Summary:
Carboline is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Lake Charles, LA to lead and oversee the warehouse including but not limited to the shipping of our finished products to our customers and inventory for our chemical manufacturing facility.

The Materials Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and governance of master data assets within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
eCommerce Strategy & Performance Ownership
Own and evolve the U.S.
eCommerce strategy across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and emerging digital commerce channels aligned to commercial growth, market share, and profitability objectives.
Translate brand and commercial priorities into clear, actionable eCommerce plans across the full funnel (media, content, assortment, pricing, and promotion)
Define quarterly performance plans, KPIs, and investment priorities, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes (e.g., conversion, share, ROAS, traffic)
Lead performance tracking and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scale across the eCommerce ecosystem
Drive structured test-and-learn initiatives to continuously optimize performance
Evaluate and recommend new marketplace opportunities, platform capabilities, and digital growth initiatives that support the expansion of the Star Brands portfolio.
Digital Commerce & Marketplace Leadership
Lead strategic development and growth across Amazon, Walmart.com, Homedepot.com, TikTok Shop, and future digital commerce channels.
Develop and execute channel-specific growth plans that support overall business objectives
Partner with Sales on assortment, pricing, and promotional strategy to maximize online performance
Support innovation launches and new product introductions through channel-specific go-to-market plans.
Manage strategic relationships with key retailer contacts, marketplace partners, agencies, and platform representatives.
Digital Shelf & Content Excellence
Own digital shelf strategy to ensure products are discoverable, compelling, and conversion-ready

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
Serve as the primary day-to-day eCommerce lead for the Star Brands portfolio, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving execution across digital commerce channels.
Partner with Media to shape retail media strategies and ensure effective integration across the funnel
Collaborate with Brand and Sales to connect eCommerce initiatives with broader omnichannel efforts

Agency & Partner Management

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or shopper marketing, preferably within CPG or retail
