We're partnering with a specialist provider of market intelligence and data services to the automotive aftermarket and aftersales sector.
As part of an international group, this agile UK-based business is expanding and now seeks a commercially driven Account Manager to nurture key accounts and lead business development across the UK.
The Role: As Account Manager, you'll manage client relationships, lead project delivery, and identify commercial opportunities.
You'll support OEMs, dealers, and aftermarket businesses with data-driven insight and strategic consultancy to help them grow and adapt in a changing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK
Lead project scoping, execution, and delivery with internal and external stakeholders

Our Client is based in South East London is looking for Accommodation Assessment & Lettings Team Leader to join their team
Your primary responsibilities will include
To manage a team of frontline officers who arrange emergency and temporary accommodation placements and appropriate referrals into supported accommodation, ensuring all placements and referrals are carried out in a timely manner, making the best use of all available housing stock at all times.

PSM experience, hazardous waste management and someone that has worked within a Chemical processing facility is preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum of a BS degree in a safety, regulatory, or chemical related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in safety, regulatory, and/or chemical fields.
Strong working knowledge of the OSHA process safety management regulations (PSM).
Proven experience as safety manager.
Ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies.
Experience in data analysis and risk assessment.
Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical Requirements:

Bench chemistry experience and familiarity with various analytical techniques: wet chemistry, titrations, microscopy, rheology, thermal analysis, tensile testing, etc. Experience operating lab scale mixing equipment as well as lab scale analytical and testing apparatus.
