Responsibilities:
Define the technical architecture for Sitecore projects, including infrastructure, database, and application components.

Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the marketing department's long-term strategy. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years working on Sitecore at an architect level. Strong skills in .NET, GraphQL, CSS, React, NextJS, TypeScript, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL are essential, along with a deep understanding of Sitecore's headless architecture, APIs and best practices Solid understanding of Sitecore's workflows, content authoring process, and approval mechanisms Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

They are currently seeking a Trainee Field Technician, who is enthusiastic to learn structural testing.
The depot is easily accessible from Derby, Castle Donington and surrounding areas.
The Role: Trainee Test Technician:
- To carry out Structural Testing and Analysis of Lighting Columns throughout the UK for local councils, highways and the rail network.
- Undertaking the structural testing of lampposts using machinery and test equipment (Digger/cherry picker type arms)
- Working in small teams (typically 2)
- Expensed overnight stays (Monday to Thursday) with an early return Friday on a weekly basis.
- Learning Force Deflection, Ultrasonic and Eddy Wave Current technology
- Using calculation Software
- Understanding the principals of the force deflection test
- Tacho Discipline
- Providing weekly reports and vehicle check forms

Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Trainee Test Technician:
- MUST hold a full, clean UK driving licence (class B+E desirable)
- Have previous experience of operating machinery such as a cherry picker, digger, JCB, scissor lift or forklift
- Prior experience in groundwork, highway maintenance, construction labouring, civil engineering or structural mechanics
- Competent with Excel to use the test software and create simple reports
- MUST be happy to stay away from home Monday-Friday
- Happy to be working outside in all weather conditions
- Live within 30 minutes of the Derby area
- Be willing to start early when the role requires
- Have a strong work ethic and commitment

I am now seeking an experienced PROJECT MONITOR who is either a Chartered Quantity Surveyor or Chartered Project Manager by training to work as a Project Monitor on an extensive range of high value projects in the Bristol and Bath areas.

THE COMPANY
My client is a specialist firm of construction consultants who mainly specialise in providing fund monitoring services for a good range of clients.
They have offices covering the UK.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an experienced Project Monitor with at least three years monitoring experience on large construction projects.
You will be either a Chartered Quantity Surveying or a Chartered Project Manager by training and be MRICS qualified.
You will review the development proposals to ascertain the project viability mainly from a construction point of view providing essential advice on cost procurement, programme and security documentation.
You will work on behalf of the funder / deverloper / investor and work throughout the project lifecycle performing a monitoring role tracking and reviewing risks and project performance, often with a primary liability to certify drawdowns, whilst protecting the funds secured status.
You will be able to monitor the project to ensure it is going to plan, timescale and to budget and be able to identify risks for all parties and consider their mitigation.
You will do due diligence reporting, technical solutions advice and other detailed reporting.
This is a hybrid role as you can mostly work from home and also be available to attend site and client's offices.
My client needs someone who has excellent communication skills and is keen to progress their career in montoring.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing significant banking and finance transactions, including drafting, and negotiating complex legal documents such as loan agreements and security documentation.
Providing strategic legal advice to clients on bespoke financial arrangements, ensuring solutions align with their commercial objectives.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and contributing to business development initiatives.
Conducting legal research on relevant banking and finance legislation, regulation, and case law to ensure the highest standard of client service.
Mentoring and supervising junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas, including corporate and real estate, to deliver integrated legal services to clients.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have around 4-10 years of PQE in banking and finance, with demonstrable expertise in leading complex transactions.
This is simply given as a guide - there are multiple opportunities available within the team at Associate and Senior Associate level, and the Partners are keen to speak to Banking Lawyers at all levels of qualification.
A strong academic background combined with excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver under tight deadlines.

The role
- Working alongside Legal Partners across a number of offices, providing legal advice on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, acquisitions, project finance and real estate finance
- Draft and review complex legal documents, such as loan agreements, security documents, and related financing arrangements under the guidance of senior team members
- Build relationships with clients, assisting in the delivery of high quality, tailored legal solutions that meet their commercial objectives
- Conduct legal research on relevant banking and finance legislation, regulation, and case law, ensuring the advice is up to date and comprehensive
- Support senior solicitors and partners on significant transactions, due diligence, document management and coordination of work streams
- Work closely with colleagues in other practice areas including corporate and real estate, providing integrated legal services to clients
The ideal candidate
- You will have 0-2 years of PQE with experience in corporate, banking or finance and a genuine desire to want to progress in the corporate finance sector
- A strong academic background with excellent legal research and drafting skills

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in managing the financial aspects of the firm\'s expanding Court of Protection deputyship caseload (360+ clients).
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Court of Protection annual billing and will report directly to the Court of Protection Billing Manager.
This full-time position offers a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in their Preston office, providing an excellent balance between autonomy and team collaboration.
The successful candidate\'s key responsibilities will include:
- Expertly drafting Court of Protection Deputyship and Administration Bills of Costs for a variety of applications, including Deputyship orders, General Management, Statutory Wills, Gift Applications, and other ad hoc matters.

- Navigating the Appeals process with confidence.
