Sacco Mann are working with a reputable law firm who, due to expansion of the department, are looking to recruit a new Residential Conveyancer to join their team in the Morley office.
This role would suit an experienced conveyancer with upwards of 5 years' case handling experience, who can deal with all aspects of the transactional process from instruction to completion.
Joining the team, you will be handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgage, transfer of equity and some new build transactions.
You will provide an excellent service to both local and national clients and be the first point of contact for complex and technical queries.
Your role also includes supporting any junior members of the team as and when required.
The firm are wanting to speak with fee earners who have at least 5 years' case handling experience within a residential conveyancing team.

Oversee our rough sleeper drop in from 8am - 10am weekdays at our Resource Centre.

Oversee daily centre operations, design and run innovative, client-tailored workshops, and foster a safe, inclusive environment.
Collaborate proactively with our Direct Access Team (DAT) to engage, verify, and offer support to rough sleepers.
Lead the assessment process for all new clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and strengths, to tailor support effectively.
Maintaining and updating the referrals list, regularly checking on the welfare of clients in .collaboration with the DAT
Attend Rough Sleeper meetings with the STSO, led by the Rough Sleeping team from Woking Borough Council.
Monitor the weather and liaise with Woking Borough Council when SWEP (Severe weather protocol) is activated to ensure all our clients experiencing homelessness are offered emergency accommodation.
Attend Streetlink reports and conduct town walks, actively engaging with the community and staying informed about local dynamics to better support clients.
Maintain comprehensive notes on our database, Salesforce, to provide clear and concise information of interactions and outcomes for clients.
Guide clients towards relevant services through informed signposting, empowering them to access resources and support, conducive to their individual journeys.
Actively participate in the varied services provided by YRP, contributing expertise and dedication to the holistic support of clients and the community.
Attend meetings and build relationships with partnership agencies as and when required.
Ensure the health and safety of the resource centre building, carrying out maintenance and health and safety checks on a regular basis.
Key Skills & Experience
Tailor individualised plans for rough sleepers covering housing, healthcare, substance abuse, mental health, and employment.
