The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM. Temp role - 1 - 2 months
In this position, you will be expected to;
- Hold line management responsibility for 4 Progression Coaches, and any other staff as deemed appropriate by your line manager, including undertaking supervision and appraisals and all other aspects of staff management
- Ensure the high quality of risk and needs assessments SMART outcomes based support plans and case files for clients of your line reports
- Deliver one-to one and group support opportunities within the accommodation and in the local community aimed at increasing resilience in the clients we work with.
- Proactively lead on partnerships with local agencies including statutory teams, to support the wellbeing of clients in accordance with data protection and information sharing protocols.
- Involve clients in the decisions made about them and encourage participation in the organisation's wider community programme of activities
- Support all clients to participate in Education, Training, Employment and Volunteering opportunities
- Ensure the health and safety of the environment for clients, staff, visitors and volunteers through regular risk assessment, health and safety checks and reporting in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy.
- Liaise with internal departments including Finance, HR, Fundraising and Business Development as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Ensure the accurate collection and recording of rent, charges and petty cash and the countersigning of invoices to support good financial
- Oversee repairs and maintenance reporting to ensure the building is kept in good order and safe for clients to reside in.
- Deploy and supervise the work of the volunteers who add value to the work that we do
- Support the service manager to recruit and induct new staff and will act as a positive model at all times.

Please note: this is a hybrid working role which involves working from the office in King Cross, supporting clients across the community and occasionally working from home.
In this position, you will be required to:
- Hold a caseload of 25 key clients and undertake key working sessions
- Co-produce strengths-based and outcome-focused support, safety and move-on plans with clients, engaging clients in assessment and planning of their support needs
- Assess client risk and develop risk management strategies with the client, housing provider, and other services delivering support to clients
- Work with a range of agencies to ensure clients have access to relevant statutory and non-statutory services and benefits, and accompanying clients at appointments where appropriate

We are looking for a Rough Sleeping Snapshot Estimates Project Officer to join a national homelessness charity on a short-term, fully home-based contract from 5th November 2026 to 9th December 2026.

Advanced, hands-on experience of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal communication skills - You will be making phone calls regularly.
Prior experience in a similar role, such as data quality assurance, auditing or telephone-based compliance work.
Experience of working with councils or other large organisations.

About the role
Support the Project Coordinator in completing telephone quality assurance and online certification of rough sleeping snapshot estimates for all Local Authorities in England.
Contact Local Authority leads and count coordinators by telephone and email, talking through a structured Quality Assurance Form and asking questions based on national guidance.
Take accurate notes in real time during calls, then complete Quality Assurance Forms fully, clearly and coherently so they can be relied upon without re-checking.
Respond to Local Authority enquiries about the process, escalating cases where authorities do not respond or are not following the guidance.
Check information on the online DELTA system against internal records (no prior knowledge required).
Keep a daily record of progress and help compile weekly updates.
About you
You will be highly organised, able to manage information across multiple sources under time pressure, and confident challenging Local Authorities where necessary.
Strong written skills are essential, as your summaries must be clear and accurate first time.
An awareness of how Local Authorities and the voluntary sector respond to rough sleeping in England is desirable.
This is a time-sensitive project, so you must be available every working day for the full contract.
