About the team
This team operates as a the first point of contact for Adult Social Care services.
This team support vulnerable adults by screening referals, completing Care Act 2014 Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments as well as Safeguarding section 42 assessments.
This team provides supportive managment with regular supverision.
About you
A Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 2 year post ASYE experience is required.
