Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to develop menus that meet dietary requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
The successful Chef will receive an excellent salary of £17.00 per hour and the annual salary is £35,360 per annum.
