Vous êtes en charge de développer des standards de qualité 5
* et vous participerez à l’image de l’hôtel et la réputation de l’hôtel.
Votre sens du détail et votre engagement pour l'excellence contribueront à créer un séjour inoubliable pour la clientèle.Principales responsabilités :
Superviser le bon fonctionnement du département (opérations, équipe, administratif, financier).Gestion et développement de l’équipe de Housekeeping (20 personnes)Dirigez, formez, motivez et développez votre équipe.Mettre en œuvre et veiller au respect des standards et procéduresContribuer au bien-être des clients en garantissant la mise en état quotidienne de l’ensemble des chambres et lieux publics de l’hôtel.Assurer la bonne mise en place des prestations VIP dans les chambres en collaboration avec les autres départements.S'assurer que le service fonctionne dans les limites du budget donnéAssurer le signalement des problèmes et défauts de maintenance au service appropriéResponsable de tous les contrats de sous-traitance, gestion des fournisseurs, etc.Procéder à des contrôles qualité réguliers : chambres et lieux publiques ; inventaires ; etc.Assurer le maintien des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité au quotidien ainsi que les formations et certifications associés pour les équipes et l’hôtel.Réalise le suivi des plaintes ou demandes clients afin d’effectuer un service de qualitéVeiller à la qualité des services et des prestations offerts au client
Profil et compétences
Expérience pertinente et courante en tant que Manager dans l’équipe Housekeeping dans un hôtel de luxe 4
* ou 5
* ; Relais et Châteaux ; SLH ; ou similaire.Connaître la réglementation COSHH relative aux produits de nettoyage et s'assurer que tous les produits sont utilisés et stockés conformément à cette réglementation.Gestion et développement de l’équipeExcellente gestion opérationnelle, financière et leadership naturelSuperbe attention aux détails et compréhension de enjeux du luxeExcellentes compétences en service à la clientèle pour l'interaction avec les clientsCompétences organisationnelles exceptionnellesCapacité à travailler en équipe pour assurer un environnement productifSolides compétences en leadership et en motivation capables de nourrir, de développer et d'inspirer ses équipesAccessible, amical(e) et compréhensif des besoins quotidiens de la divisionFrançais courant – Anglais professionnel ou bilingue.
