NDT Technician required for a Global Engineering and Manufacturing leader, with over 20 worldwide locations employing 1000 + staff.

The successful NDT Technician will be easily able to commute to HUDDERSFIELD from surrounding towns & cities, including Leeds, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and Brighouse. Key Responsibilities of the NDT Technician will include:
Conduct various inspections, including Visual Inspection (VI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Nital Etch inspection (NE) of forgings, machine components, and weldments.
Analyse inspection results, identify potential flaws, interpret standards, and document findings according to established procedures.
Raise non-conformance reports in line with the non-conformance management procedure.
Assist in resolving shop floor issues related to machining, welding, heat treatment, or metallurgical causes.
