The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-$33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Responsibilities:
Work independently to initiate innovative and functional product designs and manage the design projects related to new product development across all Rust-Oleum product categories. Participate in research of internal and external voice of customer meetings, analyze customer needs and insights, and translate them into value-added design solutions. Design, prototype, and test product design to ensure quality, functionality, durability, manufacturability and correlate chemical and physical material to consumer application and use, cost, safety and environmental impact. Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure that the designs meet/exceed market/product needs, cost targets, and production requirements. Identify and select materials and components to meet design objectives. Identify, assess and select potential 3rd party design and /or manufacturing partners, and act as our project manager liaison with selected firm(s), travel to production facilities to evaluate processes and ensure compliance and quality to the standards. Develop and perform competitive assessments and analyses. Act as the "thought and team leader' for the business regarding product delivery system and packaging design. Create and/or guide engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances for designs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline. 5 or more years of hands-on experience in new product development and tooling design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems with proven track record of successful new product design and development, preferably in durable consumer markets. Experienced in plastic injection molding and plastic parts design. Proven leadership in managing new product development, start to finish. Extensive knowledge of product design, materials selection and manufacturing processes and direct experience working with a broad array of materials, preferably for consumer goods products. Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components. A passion for design, engineering, problem solving, with critical thinking and creativity. Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team from project concept through commercialization. Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills including good special acuity for design. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel as required.

This position performs diagnostic various onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services

Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks.
Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Serve as a contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a diagnostic issue. Secure and schedule trainers for various programs. Prepare and distribute training materials, such as guides, feedback forms, and certificates of completion. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Share a detailed report with the Director of Learning. Monitor accounts receivable and expenses; ensure invoices are processed and paid on time. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, such as rescheduling sessions or making adjustments to participant schedules. Assist with on-the-day training coordination at Tremco University Rhode Island: Set up training venues, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place. Welcome participants, manage sign-ins, and provide any necessary instructions for the day. Act as the primary point of contact during events to quickly address and resolve any issues. Act as a liaison for communication and coordination among partners, vendors, and participants. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role educates WTI personnel on proper product use and application, provides installation training on and off the roof, and oversees large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections and post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will perform regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency across the country with proper roof repairs and application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in the field and in a shop setting. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-con's on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to: Peel tests Product recommendations Proper product installations Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. Perform roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation. ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude. Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems). In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of our product line. Must be able to travel within assigned territory up to 75% of the time with overnight trips included.

Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. What will you do?

Commercial Roofing Foreman
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $50,801 and $63,501.
