The Role of the Clinical Support
This role will be supporting & working within the Endoscopy Sales Team.
The team sell a range of endoscopy products
You will be the first point of contact for all customers in the SE region.
You will be provided full training within the first 4-5 weeks of starting so will be more than ready to deal with any queries that come in
Presentation of products and services to Clinicians, Unit Managers and Nursing Staff.
Education of customers and team members in the practical features, benefits, handling of product, new technologies and the techniques employed in using the equipment.
You will provide training, deal with any customer problems both internally & externally
90% of the role will be to take care of the aftersales and provide full support for the 7-year life cycle of the product & consumables
Will also get involved in trails that have been arranged
This is not a target carrying role!!
Covering London & the South East + some parts of East Anglia (Most of the business being in or around London)

Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. After developing a new process, coordinate the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures and process parameters. As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a high-volume case portfolio, primarily focusing on corporate insolvency.
You will be responsible for:
* Maintain accurate and compliant case files in line with statutory requirements.
* Prepare comprehensive reports for creditors and attend relevant meetings.
* Handle statutory reporting duties.
* Instruct and liaise with various professionals.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors, and other professionals.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Insolvency Administrator, Case administrator, Insolvency Practitioner or in a similar role.
* At least 3 years experience as a case administrator in insolvency / restructuring and recovery.
* Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload successfully.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Sound working knowledge of IPS.
* A Levels (grades A-C).
