As the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of New Product Introduction activity, guiding each project from early scope and specification right through to series production.
You will be the person who keeps everything on track, on cost and on quality, working closely with engineering, operations, sales and quality to get products delivered exactly as promised.
What you will be doing as the Project Manager
â Leading NPI projects through the full product life cycle
â Making sure your projects hit key milestones on time, on cost and on quality
â Keeping the cross functional teams aligned and motivated
â Reporting progress, managing risk and keeping stakeholders informed
â Working with engineering and operations to deliver manufacturable, robust solutions
â Supporting KPI reporting and continuous improvement activities
â Occasionally visiting customers or suppliers when required
â Maintaining strong safety and compliance standards

As the Care Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

Maintain all legal and statutory records, displayed records concerning the home; insurance certificates, registration Take responsibility for investigating any complaints, compile reports and take any appropriate action if required.
Liaise and co-operate with CQC inspectors and inspections and maintaining regulatory compliance in all areas
Ensure that all records required to be kept in the home by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and any subsequent relevant legislation are maintained accurately, and are up to date.
To have these available for inspection by the Inspection Officer or anyone appointed by the Trust to see them
Oversee all staffing requirements and be responsible for the recruitment of suitable employees for the team working in the home
Ensure effective inductions and that the training needs for all the team are identified and met

*To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs
Committed to quality assurance
Effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care
Be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service
Have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Substantial experience of managing a Care/Nursing Home
A high level of care knowledge and strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
Prior experience and understanding of person-centered care
Ability to manage both the care and ancillary functions of a care home
Fine tuned decision making skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £48,386 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working through days.
