Our client is a well-established engineering manufacturing business seeking a Project Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will come from an engineering, manufacturing or electrical/mechanical services background.

Role & Responsibilities: Project Administrator
- Collaborate with internal departments (Project Managers, Design Engineers, Electrical Engineers, R&D, and Production Manager).
- Coordinate installation and wiring/commissioning teams using Microsoft Project.
- Arrange and oversee support services (e.g.
transportation, hire equipment).
- Monitor the administrative & financial status of projects.
- Place purchase orders for transportation, installation teams, and hire equipment.
- Process invoices for payments, authorised by Project Managers.
- Collect and upload commissioning documentation from installation teams.
- Occasionally source parts for projects and visit sites for collections.
- Liaising with customers
- Track the financial performance of contracts, providing insights for future projects.
Candidate Requirements - Project Administrator:
- Experience in an engineering or industrial product manufacturing business
- Strong communication skills (interacting with customers and site operatives).
- Experience in creating invoices for external customers.
- Ability to commute to LE18 daily and hold a UK driving license.
- Understanding of technical drawings (CAD, wiring loom drawings, schematics).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications).
- Well-organised with strong administration skills.

Maintaining a master inspection tracker showing where small pieces of entire programs are in relation to completion. Maintain a weekly schedule for WTI field technicians and Program Manager (to share with customers). Inputting budgets, editing, and categorizing recommendations from WTI field technicians.
Submitting reports and files for internal quality control.
Editing reports as needed based on feedback from quality control personnel.
Delivering reports to the Program Manager/customer.

* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join a dynamic and growing not-for-profit organisation based in Central London.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing the organisation's marketing strategy while overseeing creative and digital initiatives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Arabic and English speaker with a background as a Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, or Digital Marketing Executive to take the next step in their career.
THE ROLE
Supporting the Managing Director in executing the marketing strategy.
Creating visually engaging content for both digital and print, including graphics, newsletters, brochures, infographics, website elements, and social media content.
Designing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote events and initiatives.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and optimise marketing efforts.
Managing and optimising campaigns across social media, website, email, and print.
Using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track performance and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Liaising with the web development agency to ensure smooth website functionality and resolve any technical issues.
Managing website content, including adding and optimising products and metadata.
Ensuring website content is SEO-friendly, user-centric, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Exploring opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance website performance and user experience.
Managing the social media calendar across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Optimising YouTube videos for maximum SEO impact.
THE PERSON
Proven experience in a Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong experience in managing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Skilled in web analytics, performance tracking, and campaign optimisation.
Ability to make data-driven decisions regarding content, user journeys, and audience segmentation.

We are working on an excellent opportunity for a Board Management & Governance Vice President to join the team at a global asset manager based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will work closely with the internal asset management teams and business partners to ensure communications between the Boards, Board Committees and the business operate effectively and to the highest standards.
The role holder will need to have funds experience, Irish regulatory knowledge, strong minute taking, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Skills/Experience:
Ideally Qualified Company Secretary.
Qualified or near qualified Corporate Governance professional.
Professional with banking experience is preferred but is not a pre-requisite.
Experience and knowledge of the Irish regulatory environment.
Experience and knowledge of Irish Fund Management Companies and the supervisory framework CP86 and the operations of high PRISM rating firms.
Experience and knowledge of the role of the Designated Persons.
Excellent minute taking ability.
Ability to draft clear and precise reports for submission to the Boards and Committees.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business, operations and suppliers at all levels of management up to and including Board of Director level.

Assist in monitoring and updating Board and Committee diaries.
Updating company records (both internal and Blueprint) and preparing templates.
Reviewing and drafting documents and procedures.
Preparation of minutes and matters arising for the Boards or Committees.
Assist in ensuring that all Board and Committee terms of references are reviewed and updated (if required) on a regular basis.
Assist in advising on managing, mitigating and monitoring corporate governance risks.
Support the strong governance and control framework in place by adherence to the processes and procedures in place to meet all regulatory and statutory obligations.
Proactively work to develop and enhance Board and Committee processes and controls in response to regulatory and industry changes, and as directed by the Boards and the business.
Providing input and advice to the business and directors with regard to Board governance matters.
Report to the Boards and Committees on matters such as delegated authorities, board policies and procedures and corporate governance matters generally.
