JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. The foreman also ensures that all technicians complete the Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations. Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements. Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services. They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval.
