The Opportunity
I am seeking an experienced Conveyancer with specific knowledge and experience of handling auction purchase and sale files.
This role would suit someone who is confident working at pace, able to manage files proactively, and comfortable dealing with tight completion deadlines and varied client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of auction sale and purchase matters from instruction through to completion.
- Review title packs and auction legal packs efficiently and identify key risks.
- Provide clear and proactive communication with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties.
- Liaise with internal team members to ensure seamless workflow and client care.
- Ensure all files are compliant with regulatory and firm requirements.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and reputation of the conveyancing team.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years experience handling residential conveyancing matters, with proven exposure to auction transactions.
- Confident managing files independently, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
