The Role
As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly of high-precision mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies within a controlled cleanroom environment.
You will support the build, test, and validation of complex engineered systems, ensuring all components meet strict quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components to engineering drawings and specifications
- Carry out specialist wiring and electrical testing of precision sub-assemblies
- Maintain cleanroom assembly standards and procedures
- Support the transition of new products from NPI into full production
- Create and update manufacturing instructions and build documentation
- Record and maintain test data, serial numbers, and quality control information
- Ensure full traceability of assemblies for future service and support
- Support continuous improvement of assembly and manufacturing processes
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve build or test issues
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and cleanroom protocols
Candidate Profile
- Experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Experience in low-volume, high-precision or bespoke manufacturing environment
- Comfortable with fine assembly, hand fitting, and specialist wiring tasks
- Able to work under pressure and meet defined production deadlines
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience working with high-technology or cleanroom manufacturing environments (desirable)
- Familiarity with precision instrumentation or advanced scientific equipment
- Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (desirable)
- Occasional travel to client sites may be required (planned in advance, expenses covered)
- Due to location, a full driving licence is required

The Role
As a Graduate Production Engineer, you will support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and help define and improve manufacturing methods, ensuring designs are optimised for quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the NPI process and assist in defining manufacturing routes and processes

- Support customer and supplier technical queries
- Assist with training others on ERP systems and manufacturing processes
- Gain hands-on knowledge of complex assemblies and precision manufacturing processes
Candidate Profile
- Degree or HNC in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Some experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- CAD experience with proficiency in MS Office
- Hands-on approach with the ability to build and assemble components
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
- Open-minded, proactive, and keen to develop within a technical environment

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance & Facilities Engineer will include:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across building services and facilities equipment, responding promptly to faults and emergencies
Maintain, repair and replace electrical and basic mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and site‑specific procedures
Support facilities projects including equipment replacement, minor installations, workspace moves and small‑scale building works
Liaise with facilities managers, occupants, contractors and suppliers; coordinate specialist procurement and supervise subcontractors on site
Conduct inspections, fixed wiring defect rectification, quality checks, and maintain safe control of tools, materials and maintenance stores
Working Hours of the Maintenance & Facilities Engineer:
40 Hours per week working a regular day shift pattern.

The Role
