This is a full time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Avonmouth
Rate of pay: £22,912 per annum
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus daily 30-min unpaid break
Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7 - various 8 hour shifts, mostly between 6am-6pm

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Assistant
As a Warehouse Stock Assistant you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.
Our activities vary, so often, you may be required to work across multiple different workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks most of which require periods of manual handling.
Job activities
Audit the Inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
Audit Picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
Maintain integrity at all times.
Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

This role is within the Referral and Assessment Service.
The Referral and Assessment Teams receive all new referrals from the Bromley MASH and undertake Child and Family assessments to determine how best children's needs can be met.

The teams go onto duty for one week every 6 weeks and during their duty week, social workers will receive new allocations.
Referral and Assessment Team Managers oversee/manage approximately 50 families at any given time.
Bromley has made a huge investment in terms of staffing in order to ensure that social workers have lower caseloads.
Referral and Assessment Social Workers will carry an average of 8 families.
Social workers in the service are positive, motivated and feel that their current caseload allows them complete good social work interventions with families.

Our client are currently recruiting for Site Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of their on-site activities.
From monitoring daily progress to liaising with contractors and ensuring compliance with quality standards, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of companies projects.
The ideal candidate will:
Be responsible for taking site measurements or agreeing on hold-to dimensions with the main contractor if surveying isn't possible.
Monitor on-site progress on a daily basis and report back to the Project Managers and Contracts Manager.
Liaise with other contractors to allow for co-ordination of works where one or more trades are involved.
Oversee and coordinate all activities of fitters and subcontractors on site on a day to day basis.
Ensure all work on site is carried out on time whilst also ensuring quality standards are adhered to at all times.
Use own initiative and be proactive in finding solutions to issues arising on site.
Co-ordinate and oversee delivery of all materials to site
Monitor H&S and carry out safety checks on site
Liaise with main contractor if any issues arise.
Ensure deadlines are met.

The applicant must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
The applicant must have a minimum of one year employed experience as a Team Leader.
