The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.

Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.

HubSpot Platform Maintenance and Optimization: Conduct quarterly HubSpot audits and clean-ups, including maintaining and organizing lists, forms, workflows, media files, and related assets. Implement updates and adjustments to ensure database cleanliness and platform efficiency. Work with the Marketing Automation Specialist to implement new HubSpot features that become available.
Content and Asset Creation: Develop and create emails, forms, CTAs, and workflows in HubSpot, addressing specific requests from the Marketing Automation Specialist and other collaborators. Employ creative and strategic skills to write engaging email copy and design templates that resonate with the target audience.
Personalization and Testing: Utilize HubSpot's personalization tools to tailor email messaging to segmented audiences for optimal engagement. Conduct A/B testing to measure effectiveness of subject lines, design, content layout, and CTAs to drive continuous improvement.
Analysis and Reporting: Monitor email performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to refine campaign strategies. Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Specialist to ensure seamless integration of email analytics into broader reporting initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to gather content, approvals, and input for email communications. Maintain clear communication and ensure all email campaigns reflect organizational goals and brand standards.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL TASKS:

• Keeps site Supervisor and manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements
• Ensures proper LOT rotation and including FIFO (first in-first out) and organic product handling and shipping process
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills

• Must be have forklift license
• Manage response to rapidly changing products on inbound and outbound
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Verify all shipments are recorded and verified the accuracy of the shipment against the paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Requires high degree of attention, skills, and dexterity in the control of a forklift and stacking of the product on the pallet
• Transport selected product to designated dock area using power equipment.
• Handle all products so as not to injure teammates or damage the product, the bags or cases
• Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.
• Maintain a quality of work that limits mis picks, short and damages
• Comply with company attendance policy.
The warehouse Associate is responsible for loading or unloading pallets, bags and cases, on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Warehouse associate is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, Stretch wrap and count items throughout Profile Food.
Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.
5 years preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong organizational skills
• Forklift Certified
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations methods and practices
• Ability to read, write and speak English required, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Problem solving, team building, project execution and ability to multi-task
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
