Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss / Growth of Food and Beverage business within the defined region.
Compiles reports for Director of Food & Beverage and Senior Director who shares with VP - Sales, VP - Business Development and General Sales Managers across the USA evaluating Food and Beverage Market performance.
Responsible for market forecasting, strategic plan for growth, monitors and reports on market penetration.
Trains, monitors and motivates the Territory Managers, Architectural Design & Engineering Reps and Area Managers to promote and sell into the Food and Beverage Market.
Responsible for National and Regional Accounts in the Region - could include main lead for Key Accounts.
Handle the key relationships for Food and Beverage accounts, Architectural Design and Engineering firms, and Design Build firms, along with Specialty Contractors in the region.
Minimum Requirements:
4+ years' industry experience in similar sales, design, or equivalent role.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
Has the ability to organize and prioritize activities.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.
Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to physically transport sample case and literature to customers (approximately 40 lbs.

Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 30%
This position requires wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000
Bonus potential (First 2 years average): approx.
$75,000 to $100,00 plus

This is a hands-on role where you'll take responsibility for effective debt management and cash collection while playing a key role in improving credit control processes and supporting the wider team.

What will you be doing?
As our Senior Credit Controller, you'll take ownership of customer accounts across the STR Group, ensuring payments are collected on time, accounts are accurate and credit risk is effectively managed.
Alongside the day-to-day credit control activity, you'll manage key client accounts, provide aged debt reporting and financial analysis, oversee credit checks and limits, and take the lead on our credit insurance renewals.
You'll also provide guidance and day-to-day support to another Credit Controller, helping to establish consistent processes and best practice across the team.
As our Senior Credit Controller some of your responsibilities will include:
Proactively managing and chasing overdue invoices by telephone and email
Managing key client accounts and building strong relationships to support timely payment and resolve queries
Accurately allocating cash, credits and invoices to customer accounts
Investigating and resolving payment and account queries
Carrying out regular ledger cleansing to maintain accurate financial data
Conducting credit checks across all STR Group brands and reviewing customer credit limits
Managing severely delinquent accounts and escalating for legal or debt collection action where appropriate
Producing aged debt reports and providing clear account updates for senior Finance review
Delivering accurate financial analysis to support decision-making and credit risk management
Leading credit insurance renewals and liaising with credit insurance providers
Working collaboratively across Finance and the wider business to improve processes and efficiencies
Providing guidance and support to the other Credit Controller and promoting consistent best practice across the team

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Position Description: This position is responsible for performing real-time trouble shooting and repair along with general assembly and chemical plant improvements.
This position also has direct responsibilities for preventative maintenance as well as work and duties being compliant with the PSM standard.
Specific Requirements:
Works with Management, the Plant Superintendent and Production Supervisors, and technicians to schedule and conduct necessary repairs on a prioritized basis. Development and perpetuation of the prioritized maintenance schedule of repair, PM's, and new installation projects. Schedule outside contractor work, monitor their work status, complete the contractor checklists and verify cost estimates vs.
invoices. Conducts pipe work fabrication and welding. Completes maintenance and repairs on boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling tower fans and circulation pumps, generators, as well as respective checklists. Repairs chemical hoses, reactors, tanks, lines and other miscellaneous plant equipment. Executes tasks and project responsibilities from maintenance meetings, daily updates, and compliance & PM scheduled activities does so with independent time management that may result in change of tasks planned for the workday. Provides on call and over-times support as needed in the evenings and other required times designated by management. Suggests improvements for safety and compliance.
Background Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and 5 years' experience in maintenance field Minimum 5 years experience and demonstrated proficiency with fluid transfer pumps of hazardous chemicals, and other chemical manufacturing equipment Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs frequently and occasionally lift and move up to 75lbs
