GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Project Administrator is responsible for managing all facets of a project's administrative duties for the following service types: General Contracting, Contracting Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair, Job Site Inspection, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, TRACE, ACT, Thermocore, and Canam.
This includes managing contractor payables, customer billings & receivables, and Field Resource and customer Management communication when necessary.
This individual must display a high degree of professionalism, organization, and cooperation with customers, field, and internal personnel.
This position will interface and work in conjunction with General Services and General Contracting field operations management and internal departments such as Business Operations, IT, Finance/Accounting, Sales, Accounts Payable, Credit, and Products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and maintain all project documents.
Receive and validate SAP Sales Order information entered by the Customer Service Rep to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Ensure the timely dispatch of service orders to WTI Technicians as applicable for the project type.
Issue Master Contractor or Subcontractor agreements for large contracts and POs for smaller projects. Coordinate work with key project resources, including Construction Managers, customers, and management.
Project management will consist of managing time and expenses as incurred on projects, monitoring payables beyond 30 days, tracking plan and actual costs, confirming that all project documents have been collected (bonds, insurance, submittals, etc.), and ensuring expected costs are received and processed before job closeout, and prepare accurate and timely invoices to customers based on pricing, and billing procedures, within established metrics and contract terms.
OTHER REQUIRED DUTIES:
Manage Direct Bill accounts as applicable Review and correct accrual items Review and resolve customer disputes Manage tech service expenses and labor hours Review and process Readsoft workflow items Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports Report low-margin jobs Appropriately escalate concerns and issues Archive Project files as necessary Participate in special projects as necessary

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $50,000 and $60,000.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal education requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training required; willing to train. Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment requiring speed and dexterity is preferred.

Forklift Licensecertified.

As the Purchasing Team Leader, you will guide a dedicated team of purchasing professionals, ensuring the timely, quality-driven, and efficient procurement of goods and services necessary for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Purchasing Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership and Development: Oversee and support the daily operations of the purchasing team at our Havant site, including team management, performance assessments, and development initiatives to grow team capabilities.
Procurement Operations: Execute both direct and indirect purchasing strategies, ensuring procurement aligns with the manufacturing schedule and internal demand.
Supplier and Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with key suppliers, collaborating to enhance quality and timely delivery.
Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to consolidate direct and indirect spending and negotiate advantageous Strategic Supply Agreements (SSAs).
Project Support and Negotiation: Step in as needed for project-specific negotiations, and manage the negotiation and placement of Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure vendor commitments are met.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Manufacturing and Finance teams to maximize operational efficiencies and support supply chain objectives.
Process and Performance Optimization: Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics to identify areas for enhancement, and ensure performance aligns with SLAs and KPIs.
Escalation Management: Manage and escalate team issues as necessary to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you will need:
Experience in Procurement: A strong background in a purchasing environment, with demonstrated use of best practices in procurement.
Manufacturing Sector Knowledge: Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment, understanding the unique challenges and demands of the industry.
SAP MRP Expertise: Familiarity with SAP MRP and related procurement software.
Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven leadership skills with a proactive approach to decision-making and organization.
Effective communication skills are essential, including the ability to foster open dialogue within the team and with external partners.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Competency in data analysis to identify issues, drive solutions, and implement improvement activities that contribute to departmental and organizational goals.

- You will work within our guidelines to ensure that the workflow volume meets targets.
- Use computerised estimating systems.
- Liaise regularly with insurance and accident management companies with any updates or queries relating to relevant jobs.
- Contact customers to provide updates
Minimum requirements as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
Must have experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex)
ATA is advantageous but not essential
