Essential Duties
• Ensure product documentation of drawings, revisions, engineering change requests, and engineering change orders are accurate and complete• Respond to production and/or process problems through Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and by conferring with the engineers• Support new product development by creating part and assembly drawings under the direction of the product designer • Provide Bills of Materials (BOM) for new product or improvements to existing products and maintain BOMs in material planning computer system (MRP 9000)• Create Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for communicating and recording new products and product changes.
• Prepare miscellaneous diagrams, charts and drawings• Maintain revision-controlled drawings and models in a PDM vault.
• Communicate with QA, Vendors, Buyers, Inventory and Manufacturing regarding new and revised drawings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional knowledge to qualify for Drafter II classification
• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel
• Basic creation of part model and assemblies.
Follow the QC drawing and the drawing release process.
• Understanding of CAD filing system on the main network, PDM, and in SharePoint

• Basic knowledge of ERP databases

Production tank/Cleaning/filling
1.
Production Quality Lab Technicians may have to dispose of product samples, line flush, off-spec product, or expired product retain samples.
This waste material is transferred to the hazardous waste satellite accumulation drum.
2.
Production workers clean equipment and tanks pre-rinse, wipe, scrub, and final rinse surfaces using wash solvent, brushes and rags.
Dirty solvent is transferred to the satellite accumulation area.
3.
Transfer used wash solvent to the satellite accumulation drum or tank.
4.
Ensure hazardous waste storage or accumulation containers remain sealed except during the addition or removal of waste.
5.
Ensure Hazardous Waste storage containers are clearly labeled "Hazardous Waste."
6.
Care must be exercised when introducing waste into the satellite accumulation drum.
Do not drop on floor or area.
In the case of any spilled material, spills or drops shall be cleaned up immediately.
7.
When 55 gallons has accumulated, the satellite accumulation container must be moved to a permanent hazardous waste storage area within 3 days and relabeled "Hazardous Waste."

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
4-10 years' experience leading and contributing to compliance and regulatory policy and program development in a materials processing environment.
Formal training in occupational health and safety is a must.

The warehouse Associate is responsible for loading or unloading pallets, bags and cases, on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Warehouse associate is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, Stretch wrap and count items throughout Profile Food.
Work with direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker Duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving or other related fields.
5 years preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong organizational skills
• Forklift Certified
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations methods and practices
• Ability to read, write and speak English required, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Problem solving, team building, project execution and ability to multi-task
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift 50lbs.

Possession of a valid driver's license and Forklift Certification
