Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
This role focuses on strategy development, campaign execution, product positioning, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
The Marketing Manager aligns marketing tactics with business goals and is often accountable for KPIs like lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
This role oversees Marketing Assistant(s), ensuring seamless coordination across content distribution, campaign and channel execution.

Works with internal and contract writers and artists for copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.
Assists in research of pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Assists with conducting marketing surveys on current and new product concepts.
Prepares marketing activity reports.
Maintains compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to marketing communications, privacy, and accessibility.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
Five years of Marketing experience required.

Under general supervision, the CNC Machinist Lead is responsible for programming CNC machines for basic operation and perform all machine operations required to product finished products from a variety of raw materials, such was stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
Perform set up of various parts including programming and/or program editing
Recommend changes to processes or procedures to improve quality and productivity
Schedule and organize work to ensure continuous supply of machined components to downstream assembly processes
Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery
Detect and report malfunctions in machine operation
Run production lots
Perform daily maintenance on machinery
Maintain safe, organized work environment as well as cleanliness of the equipment
Perform necessary tasks and paperwork for the proper movement and control of parts
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years relevant work experience plus trade school or associates' degree desirable
Computer skills to create CNC programs and set up sheets using CAD/CAM software (MasterCam experience preferred)
Working knowledge of G-Code
Ability to use tools and machinery

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts. Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle. Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment. Assembles and pours mold for cast stone. Trims parts with cutting equipment Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications. Prepares and organizes parts for shipment. Assists with shipping and receiving. Follows all safety requirements. Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized. Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
