The Commercial Roofing Advisor is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Sales Representative in your area.
This work includes but is not limited to:
Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials
Inspection and evaluation of the property
preparing roof drawings and sketches
preparing scope of work documents
preparing proposals
attending sales calls
pricing patch and repair jobs
providing technical expertise
attending meetings with the architect, contractor, and/or owner
Inspections
Monitoring Installations
Trouble shooting problems arising during installation and during the lifecycle of the roof
conducting diagnostic infrared scans of roofs
preparing CADD drawings
Qualifications:
Three to five years of related hands-on experience requiredPrior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $58,000 and $70,000.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
This is a hybrid position (working both remote and onsite in Beachwood), and will support our Eastern Division.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.
Specifically, the Business Operations Project Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all administrative aspects for an array of project types.
This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services. Key responsibilities encompass managing contractor payables, handling customer billings and receivables, ensuring compliance with standards and policies, applying book pricing and WTI documentation policies, overseeing commission and discounting policies, processing change orders, document management, financial data entry, and coordinating communications with Field Resources and Customers as required. Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed. This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights. Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval. The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.

Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division currently seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical ambassador for the Euclid Chemical cement additive sales team. Subject matter expert to provide feedback and troubleshooting information for customers. Act as a technical expert on the latest cement manufacturing technologies, equipment, and best practices to maintain Euclid Chemical's competitive edge. Deliver customer support through industrial trials, mill audits, special projects, data analysis, and detailed reporting to retain existing customers and attract new ones Compile and analyze industrial trial process data, and prepare detailed reports providing conclusions and action items from industrial trial runs. Keep thorough and updated records of activity history with active and potential cement additive customers. Design and execution of plant industrial trials and mill audits. Maintenance and operation of portable pump equipment inventory to utilize during industrial trials. Collaborate with the Cement Additives Technical Manager and Cement Lab Manager to develop new products and enhance existing lines based on market trends, competitive analysis, and industrial trial results. Work collaboratively with Euclid Chemical Cement Additives Lab team in the development and improvement of laboratory ball mill methodologies for testing materials.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry - master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of cement manufacturing, cement chemistry, and raw and finish mill circuit operation. Basic understanding of cement additives chemistries. Ability to interpret lab outputs (e.g., XRD, clinker microscopy, isothermal calorimetry, and physical test results) to develop customer-specific strategies and product recommendations. Proficiency with cement standards (ASTM, CSA, etc.). Strong knowledge of milling equipment, particle classifiers, circuit configurations, and pyro processes for optimizing clinker performance. Advanced knowledge of MS Office computer software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams, Edge Internet Browser. Knowledge of industry trends, including low clinker content cement production and co-grinding with alternative materials. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.
Specifically, the Business Operations Project Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all administrative aspects for an array of project types.
This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services.

This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights.
Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days.
This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval.
The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of WTI's operational, financial, and compliance frameworks to support accurate project execution and reporting.

Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America. We are looking for a Credit Analyst to support the Tremco Roofing & Building Maintenance division.
This is intended to be a hybrid position, in which the individual would work both remotely as well as onsite at our Beachwood, OH location.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Provide a superior level of credit and collection expertise within clear and concise guidelines.
Responsible for the collection of A/R and credit review of orders.
Must display a high degree of tact, professionalism and cooperation with customers, management, sales force and internal personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish credit lines for new and existing accounts Credit release all orders within company policy Collection of all receivables for a specific geographic area Develop payment plans for all past due accounts Assist regional managers in controlling receivables to meet the standards of the division Assess problem accounts and make recommendations Analysis and interpretation of financial statements Prepare monthly receivable commentaries and various reports Maintain knowledge of all bonding and lien laws in assigned states Identify discrepancies in a timely manner
EDUCATION:
Associates degree, BS/BA degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Credit and/or customer service background with 1-2 years of credit experience
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must understand state laws, tax laws, timing requirements and types of financial securities Knowledge or understanding of financial statements, perform ratio analysis of customers' financial statements Knowledge of credit/accounting principles, practices, procedures on automated systems Knowledge of SAP and GETPAID a plus
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the ability to assess problem accounts and make recommendations Ability to determine eligibility for materials release to an account who is not financially able to handle the purchase Must exercise good sound business decisions that would not result in a monetary loss to Tremco CPG Inc High degree of flexibility requiring excellent customer service skill and orientation Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $63,000.

What will you do?

Must understand state laws, tax laws, timing requirements and types of financial securities Knowledge or understanding of financial statements, perform ratio analysis of customers' financial statements Knowledge of credit/accounting principles, practices, procedures on automated systems Knowledge of SAP and GETPAID a plus
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the ability to assess problem accounts and make recommendations Ability to determine eligibility for materials release to an account who is not financially able to handle the purchase Must exercise good sound business decisions that would not result in a monetary loss to Tremco CPG Inc High degree of flexibility requiring excellent customer service skill and orientation Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $63,000.

Summary: The Cement Additives Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic technical support and contribution to the sales process.
This position is tasked with providing technical support and expertise of the cement manufacturing process to our cement additive sales team and customers.
Proficiency in this role requires exceptional cement manufacturing, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams at Euclid Chemical and build strong, lasting relationships with external cement customers - both active and potential customers.
This is a remote position, with Euclid Chemical's main campus located in Ceveland, OH.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical ambassador for the Euclid Chemical cement additive sales team. Subject matter expert to provide feedback and troubleshooting information for customers. Act as a technical expert on the latest cement manufacturing technologies, equipment, and best practices to maintain Euclid Chemical's competitive edge. Deliver customer support through industrial trials, mill audits, special projects, data analysis, and detailed reporting to retain existing customers and attract new ones Compile and analyze industrial trial process data, and prepare detailed reports providing conclusions and action items from industrial trial runs. Keep thorough and updated records of activity history with active and potential cement additive customers. Design and execution of plant industrial trials and mill audits. Maintenance and operation of portable pump equipment inventory to utilize during industrial trials. Collaborate with the Cement Additives Technical Manager and Cement Lab Manager to develop new products and enhance existing lines based on market trends, competitive analysis, and industrial trial results. Work collaboratively with Euclid Chemical Cement Additives Lab team in the development and improvement of laboratory ball mill methodologies for testing materials.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry - master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of cement manufacturing, cement chemistry, and raw and finish mill circuit operation. Basic understanding of cement additives chemistries. Ability to interpret lab outputs (e.g., XRD, clinker microscopy, isothermal calorimetry, and physical test results) to develop customer-specific strategies and product recommendations. Proficiency with cement standards (ASTM, CSA, etc.). Strong knowledge of milling equipment, particle classifiers, circuit configurations, and pyro processes for optimizing clinker performance. Advanced knowledge of MS Office computer software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams, Edge Internet Browser. Knowledge of industry trends, including low clinker content cement production and co-grinding with alternative materials. Data analysis and report writing skills. Communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to design and execute plant industrial trials and mill audits.
Travel:
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and plant industrial trials (up to 50%).
