Field Resource Foreman
JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500. Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Ability to read, write, and speak English. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $75,000. JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc). Verify that all project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM. Building Envelope Field Estimator
JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs. This role is responsible for converting bid documents to construction documents and communicating job scope and expectations to the field site foreman, both verbal and written. Attend pre-bids and develop photo documentation and field dimension records. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for investigating and analyzing building envelope failures and suggesting long-term repairs. • Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies. • Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work. • Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems. • Execute take-offs of construction documents • Travels to project sites to review for proposal development. • Coordinate with Tremco Sales Representatives and WTI Construction Manager. • Skillfully prepare estimates by meticulously studying proposals, plans, specifications, and addendums by identifying labor, material, and time requirements. • Conduct detailed takeoffs for building envelope repairs, guaranteeing a comprehensive grasp of the project scope. • Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating numerical and descriptive information. Technical Product Resolution Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Technical Product Resolutions Specialist provides coordination and administrative assistance pertaining to the Product Complaint & Resolution Process or Warranty Service Requests (Warranty Portal) and works with internal and external customers to quickly and accurately resolve product quality and product application complaints in accordance with ISO standards and/or established guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Initialize complaints, assign tasks to cross functional team, (Technical Service, Sales, Research and Development, Distribution, Manufacturing, Product Management, etc.) and follow up to ensure complaints are resolved in accordance to established processes and ISO standards. Develop and maintain an understanding of SAP and product complaint transactions and/or Warranty Service Requests (Warranty Portal). Coordinate analytical testing with Sales, Technical Application Specialists and Laboratory Analysts as it relates to the Product Complaint and Resolutions Process. Assist with training on the Product Complaint & Resolution Process and/or Warranty Service Requests (Warranty Portal) for both internal and external customers. Meet regularly with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality and Technical Teams) to review Product Complaint trends and current open complaints for all Tremco CPG product lines. Update Product Complaint Manual in accordance with our ISO standards and/or established guidelines. Place product orders, track and provide follow-up for the Technical Service Department (certification testing, field trials and project testing, etc.). Answer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and/or text from internal and external customers regarding all Tremco CPG product complaints along with inquiries from Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Tremco Sales Reps, Distributors and Homeowners regarding all Tremco CPG products. Act as back up support for the Technical Resource Center. Assist team on special projects and assignments as needed. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in business, Science, Construction Management or a similar field preferred; in lieu of degree, 5 years of direct customer complaint and claims experience is acceptable. EXPERIENCE: One to two years related experience and/or training Basic/working knowledge of Tremco CPG products. Customer service experience preferred. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to travel to Tremco job sites to further enhance product knowledge, support the sales force, and gain new experience with Tremco products. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and situations over the phone and through written correspondence. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing the necessary level of customer and technical service to customers. Knowledge of the English language for structure and content, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar. Active listening skills - giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Ability to manage one's own time and scheduling. Monitoring/assessing performance of oneself to make improvements or take corrective action. Reading comprehension - understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Previous SAP experience preferred.
