Commercial Roofing Foreman

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $55,000 and $68,000.

New Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM As our Batchmaker you are to produce paint and related products by setting up, operating, or tending machines to mix or blend materials, such as chemicals, liquids, color pigments, explosive ingredients, or rust-proofing materials.
Pay: $24/hour.
This position offers a 36-hour workweek with compensation equivalent to a standard 40-hour workweek.
Weekend Shift Differential: $3.00/hour
Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 6:00AM - 6:30PM
Here's what you can expect every day: Stages and charges necessary raw materials into process flow tanks.
Follows batch work instructions in order to manufacture quality products. Prepares disperser and letdown tank for production, including any necessary equipment clean up. Monitors and controls high-speed disperser, mixer, pumps, flow meters and other instruments in order to make sure that a batch is produced according to work instructions. Adjust a batch, under QC guidance, until it is approved. Get batch tickets from floor supervisor and discuss with floor supervisor the best order.
Determine raw materials needed. Housekeeping - Clean up work area to 5S standards, takes out trash, participate in cycle count and inventory program. May assist in other departments such as filling, and material handling or help make sample batches Ensure work area is safe, clean and free of recognizable hazards, communicating all spills or other hazards to the shift supervisor Responsible for Dust collector cleanouts when required. Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.

Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists the team with keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with an electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment.
Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists the team with keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.

Euclid Chemical is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team in Lafayette, GA.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for providing a high level supervision in all areas of production, including leadership in areas of safety and training, in the Lafayette facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides supervision to produce quality products by following established procedures Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system Sets the scheduled production requirements in collaboration with Managers and supervisors Conducts the training of employees Maintains a safe and clean workplace Conducts and or directs plant personnel in production planning and other related activities Conducts and or directs plant personnel in loading and unloading operations Conducts and or directs execution of inventory control functions Plan for the procurement of raw materials Conducts data entry functions related to orders, inventory control, production and purchasing as required Conducts and or directs the maintenance of plant buildings and grounds Monitors adherence to safety procedures Coordinate customer service with production Promote production activity to meet schedule demands Assist in translation and communication between managers and hourly workforce

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
5 years or more of manufacturing experience. High school diploma or GED

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and operational support throughout the entire order lifecycle.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate order entry, contract compliance, and project setup while collaborating closely with internal departments including Sales, Contracts Management, Credit, Project Administration, Field Operations, Logistics, and Accounts Payable.

Follow up with Contracts Management and field teams to secure outstanding contract approvals and redlined agreements. Accurately enter all orders into SAP on the same day they are received, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Communicate pertinent order and shipment information to Sales Reps and customers in a timely manner. Coordinate job site deliveries, ensuring efficient and accurate logistics scheduling. Monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely shipping and billing. Process product returns by collecting necessary details and securing proper approvals. Identify discounted orders and apply discounts as applicable.
Issue credit memos within three business days of receiving necessary approvals. Maintain a customer service error rate of no more than 1%, striving for zero. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of interfacing functions, including Credit, Accounting, Inventory, and Purchasing. Stay informed and compliant with company policies and operational procedures. Build and sustain professional relationships with internal departments, Sales Reps, and external customers. EDUCATION:
