The Role of the Associate Account Manager
Responsible for selling the company's implantable medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and physicians as appropriate.
Provides support, training and/or guidance during actual procedures or surgeries.
Accelerates revenue and market penetration for all products in the territory while driving the development of relationships with key spine surgeon customers
Conducts key marketing activities such as peer-to-peer spine surgeon events and visiting surgeon programs that espouse the values of foundation technologies
Executes the sales plan and thoughtfully produce monthly and quarterly updates to the plan and review process
Represents the company as the industry leaders by acquiring clinical competency skills with all company products
Covers surgical cases, to provide the highest degree of value to surgeons and patients
Apply in-depth speciality knowledge within subject area to complete assignments of diverse scope; contributing to the development of new plans, models, standards and techniques
Solving problems in complicated situations through the application and integration of analytical skills, creativity and judgment
Lead projects of limited scope; provides training and constructive input to team members
Adapt communication to accommodate audience diversity and may communicate internally at higher levels

Ideally someone clinical from a theatre background looking to make the move into more of a commercial role

This HSE Manager position is with a globally leading chemical manufacturing company specialising in the manufacture of bespoke resins.
The main purpose of the HSE Manager is to ensure the effectiveness of the EHS Department, compliance with government and legal regulations and promoting a positive climate in which EHS is seen by all employees and customers.
Taking this opportunity as HSE Manager would mean working for a leading global producer of chemical products.
This is a key manufacturing company relied on by many industries and this HSE Manager role is critical to the ongoing operation.

Responsibilities of the HSE Manager ;
Supervision, Implementation and Communication of the Systems [45001 & 14001].

To act as Fire Officer for the site, and to ensure site fire risk assessments are up to date.
Lead the sites COSHH Assessment process, including carrying out of such assessments.
Responsible for developing the environmental strategy and environmental performance and lead site environmental permits.
Product Life Cycle Assessment and Internal improvements on 12 principles of green chemistry.
To be successful in this position as HSE Manager you must hold the below experience and qualifications:
Hold previous experience working in a similar and relevant role, with a good working knowledge of the Chemical industry and its associated legislations.
Experience working on a COMAH site.
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject (health and safety, Chemical etc).
NEBOSH L3 certificate or above.
IOSH Managing Safely qualification.

Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
