JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY: Assists with application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches and new raw materials.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and communicates variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects in D365.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Check production batches by comparison to standards Advise batchmaker of any necessary adjustments to apply to product batch Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specifications and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison in D365 Consult with QC manager on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data in D365 Check bulk raw materials against standard product specifications upon receipt Consult Quality control manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches as well as raw materials Calibrate QC/QA equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager QUALIFICATIONS

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
This is a 100% remote position that will support the Pacific Northwest and Pacific Southwest Regions of our Western Division.
Preferred candidate will reside in the Mountain or Pacific time zone.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.
Specifically, the Business Operations Project Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all administrative aspects for an array of project types.
This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services.
Key responsibilities encompass managing contractor payables, handling customer billings and receivables, ensuring compliance with standards and policies, applying book pricing and WTI documentation policies, overseeing commission and discounting policies, processing change orders, document management, financial data entry, and coordinating communications with Field Resources and Customers as required.
Success in this role requires a high level of professionalism, strong organizational and prioritization skills, effective time management, and proficiency in relevant technology and software.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and a self-motivated attitude, are vital.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Administrator plays an integral role in the project lifecycle by validating, organizing, and ensuring compliance for all project documentation and financial processes.
Upon receiving SAP Sales Order information from Customer Service Representatives, the administrator confirms all compliance requirements based on the WTI Price Book Policy/Procedures and Contract Management Policy, completing checklists to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed.
This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights.
Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days.
This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval.
The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of WTI's operational, financial, and compliance frameworks to support accurate project execution and reporting.

Requirements

Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills both.
Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Working knowledge and understanding of the permitting process with NOA's and approvals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e.
Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to work in adverse conditions, around chemicals, navigate construction sites, and climb ladders.

The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.).
When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility.
Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
