GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The General Laborer II assists with meeting production needs through providing general support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow standard procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Operate and observe machinery used in the production process.
Detect and notify supervision of any production malfunctions or safety concerns.
Perform and document quality testing on products.
Utilize provided tools appropriately.
Package finished goods according to standard procedures.
Pick, stage, and prepare goods for shipment.
Use a forklift to lift and transfer manufactured materials between work and storage areas. Housekeeping, sweeping, and other facilities maintenance.
Follow safe work procedures and practices.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
One year manufacturing experience preferred or willing to be trained.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

The Engineering Project Manager will lead technical assessment projects in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome.

Manages multiple field engineering team projects and day-to-day activities. Provides technical and project oversight and support to the field engineering, sales, and operations teams. Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field. 7+ years of industry-specific experience. Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD preferred. EI certification with the ability to obtain a PE license is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred. Experience with a programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred. Experience with cloud-based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc.) preferred. Ability to travel out of state up to 25% of the time.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $100,000 and $120,000.

General Purpose:
To assess project requirements, gather technical data, and provide accurate cost estimates for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with estimating skills to ensure that HVAC projects are planned and budgeted effectively.
Here are the primary purposes and responsibilities of a Preconstruction Engineer:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Determines scope, designs solutions and estimates cost of HVAC restoration projects. Understands components and function of existing mechanical systems that are being altered or renovated. The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including: expense management monthly sales projections Field Tech time management status reports bidding jobs with reps large job sign offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.

Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Job Purpose
The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for administering and coordinating the administrative requirements related to sales processes, including but not limited to managing customer data and records, coordinating with multiple departments, material and shipment management, analyzing sales reports, and providing proactive administrative support to sales teams.
Principal Accountabilities

Processes order according to the agreed terms and requirements; ensure order delivery timelines and documentation requirements are met. Coordinates, expedites and traces the shipping of orders and leftovers; chooses the appropriate carrier based on project requirements and coordinates details with logistics and carriers; point of contact for shipment issues and is responsible for resolving ensuring delivery to required destination. Follows deposit invoice progression to ensure collection prior to material shipment. Reviews order invoicing and subcontractor payment details to determine if within approval guidelines; escalates for approval as needed; enters information into the computer system and generates payments and invoices. Proactively escalates compliance and risk related concerns to supervisor in a timely manner. Responsible for reviewing and updating backlog, leftover, invoicing, product forecasting, and other management reports as required. Forecast review and updates to ensure invoicing is captured in appropriate period Matches invoices with orders, mails invoices to the customer, and follows up on special billing forms, as required. Requests for insurance certificates for customers and general contractors. Logs Contracts to be executed upon receipt and order entry; responsible for ensuring execution prior to project start. Assesses customized customer correspondence (incoming and outgoing) for required approvals, coordinates approvals and distribution with appropriate team members.
Processes invoices from outside vendors, ensure invoices are allocated to the correct project or account and that actual costs do not exceed budget. Partners with Accounting and Purchasing to set up new vendors.

High school diploma with extensive experience in customer service field. BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field, preferred. 2+ years prior related work experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer service.
