We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-$33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects related to a construction project.

Assist the Construction Manager in reviewing proposals.
Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by the Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Stage:
Publish Project Schedule.

Proven track record of owning and leading the financial close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in alignment with public company deadlines. ERP system experience (Infor LN preferred) and comfort with digital finance tools and process automation platforms. Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions and regions in a matrixed organization. Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $80,000 and $95,000.
