You will be responsible for:
* Managing your own caseload of private family law matters.
* Advising clients on divorce and separation.
* Handling matrimonial finance and financial settlement matters.
* Advising on private children matters.
* Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes.
* Preparing cases and documentation for court proceedings where required.
* Building strong and trusted relationships with clients.
