About the role
In this role, you will be working within a large, respected Construction team that is experiencing rapid expansion.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team within a department that is a key area of growth for the overall legal practice.
Within this Construction Solicitor role, your day-to-day duties may require you to work on contentious and non-contentious matters including:
Running your own caseload of Construction matters
Negotiating building and construction contracts
Managing transactions
Securing warranties
Adjudications
Navigating disputes
Providing practical advice to clients
Supporting more junior members of the team
Building and maintain close relationships with clients
Taking part in Business Development Initiatives
About You
