Legal Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join my client’s busy firm on a permanent basis.   This role is based at their Coventry office and you will be supporting the Head of the Litigation Department, providing a great opportunity to join their expanding team.   The ideal candidate would have prior experience in Civil Litigation within a Litigation Department, with a solid understanding of Windows 10, MS Word (including track changes and formatting large documents), and Outlook.   Key responsibilities include: - Audio typing from digital dictation and copy typing - Providing administrative support to fee earners in case preparation and general legal matters - Using a case management system - Communicating with clients in person and via telephone - Taking messages - General office duties - Ensuring compliance with SRA guidelines This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic firm who offer back benefits.
