Sr Business Systems Analyst for Rust-Oleum Corporation.

SAP OTC (Order-To-Cash) analysis & development in order management [mgmt], pricing, & logistics.
Take initiative to determine business requirements & translate them into technical specs.
Design, configure and test best-fit solutions.
Participate in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP SD OTC implementations incl.
Make-To-Stock & Make-To-Order scenarios.
Lead IT projects.
Communicates issues to supervisors & team, using effective oral & written communication skills.
Work professionally with int & ext partners.
Follow safety procedures & co.
policies.
Assist staff & users to solve software related problems.
May undergo background checks incl.
drug screen.
Must have Bachelors in Info Systems, Comp Sci, Comp.
Engr, Data Analytics, or rel field, and 5 years relevant IT exp.
Requires skills: (5 yrs exp) in SAP OTC in order mgmt, pricing, and logistics; SAP configuration with demonstrable end results; SD(FI), SD(PP) and SD(MM); Logistics Execution (Shipping Cost, Shipping Document, Transportation Mgmt, Inbound and Outbound Delivery Processing, Picking and interface with warehouse mgmt, packing and goods issue, scheduling, Routing and Route Determination, controlling transportation processing, Bill of Lading, Warehouse Mgmt); Transfer of Requirement, Availability Check, Copy Controls, Credit mgmt, output mgmt, condition techniques, Third party orders, consignments; Material determination, listing and exclusions; BW reporting or custom reporting; Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing, IDOC, EDI, and ALE; and Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support in a post go live environment; and (1 yr exp) in lead IT projects, and Variant configuration with BOM, material variant configuration.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Construction Planner to join a leading contractor delivering major (£100M+) mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe.
This is a rare opportunity for someone early in their planning career to work on complex, high-value projects while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced planners.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond basic programme updates and develop a real understanding of how projects are built, sequenced, and delivered on site.

Are you an experienced supply chain or procurement specialist who enjoys a dynamic, hands-on environment? KHR have partnered with an established, specialist manufacturing and logistics partner who supports key industries with specialised product solutions.
We are seeking a Procurement professional to take ownership of purchasing and supplier management, with a small element of hands-on stores and warehouse support.
The role is primarily focused on procurement, ensuring materials are sourced efficiently and on time, while also providing support with stock, goods in and dispatch when required.
Responsibilities will include:
Procurement
- Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality materials and components within budget
- Raising purchase orders and managing key supplier performance, lead times, and onboarding
- Tracking inventory levels to prevent shortages, manage slow-moving stock, and streamline re-orders
- Partnering with internal production, technical, and warehouse teams to forecast material demand
- Driving cost-saving initiatives and continuous supply chain improvements
Stores & Dispatch Operations
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Managing goods-in, stock counts, cycle counts, and system reconciliations
- Operating warehouse handling equipment (including forklifts) to load and unload deliveries safely
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
Candidate Profile
Supply Chain Expertise: Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination
Negotiation & Vendor Management: Strong communication skills with a track record of building supplier relationships
Warehouse Experience: Practical knowledge of picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory systems
Equipment Certification: Valid forklift licence and experience with warehouse handling equipment would be beneficial
Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office, procurement platforms, and stock control software
Mindset: Proactive, highly detail-oriented, organised, and safety-conscious
