Your Mission:
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for Account Management and Business Development across multiple sectors including:
Automotive: Passenger car, 4x4, LCV, heavy truck, and motorsport
Industrial: Agriculture, forestry, construction, and mining.
Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships with our resale partners, driving new business opportunities, and supporting the launch of new products across a diverse range of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define and execute strategic plans for Business Development.
Build strong relationships with resale partners, enhancing their sales capabilities.
Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and market alignment.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, supported by data-driven insights and strategic objectives.
Attend trade shows and events to support resellers and drive brand visibility.
Provide technical support and training to resellers and end-customers on product usage and benefits.
This role involves regular travel across the EU region.
Your Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Accessories, with a strong focus on Auto Electrical and Lighting Products.
Extensive network in the Automotive Aftermarket, Motorsports, or Work Light sectors (agriculture, construction, forestry, etc.).
Proven track record in Business development and Account Management with exceptional customer facing skills.
Ability to offer technical solutions to a wide range of customers, from professionals to casual end-users.
Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.
Fluent in English and German Language (additional European languages a plus).

As a Workshop Technician, you will work within the ROV Workshop team and report directly to the ROV Workshop Supervisor.

You should have knowledge of principles, techniques, procedures, and the use of equipment required for the repair and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.
The ability to read, comprehend, and follow wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, OEM manuals, and engineering instructions is essential, as are good workshop practices and skills.
You should be based in or within commutable distance of Aberdeen.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This role handles the demand side of new emerging areas of the business.

Work closely with the National Sales Manager - Retail Program & Senior Program Manager - Retail Program on metrics and data they will need beyond SIOP information. Forecasting, demand planning end-to-end for retail: Work with the Tremco CPG/Consumer Group Retail Program team members to track program/product placements, review POS to develop a store level forecast. Aggregate store level forecast/demand plan and inventory requirements at the Consumer Group level to help develop a Tremco CPG production forecast. Forecasting demand planning will include Tremco CPG manufactured products, intercompany products, and purchase for resale products. Inventory management, purchase orders: Develop inventory targets at the Consumer Group DC and Tremco CPG level to ensure retail fill rate requirements and working capital targets are met. Direct Consumer Group on purchase orders requirements which would include, products, quantities, timing, etc....
to ensure inventory requirements are met. Inventory management, purchase order process will include Tremco CPG manufactured products, intercompany products, and purchase for resale products. Collaborate with internal Operations and Supply Chain master scheduling on the full retail picture.
Including potential new and existing business into the capacity process. The role
As Workshop Technician you will be working within the Marine Site Characterisation Geophysical team in Aberdeen.
We design and carry out site surveys and investigations using our fleet of purpose-built survey vessels to support a wide range of projects, including offshore wind, oil & gas, and others
In this role, you will prepare, test, and maintain geophysical survey equipment, data acquisition, and data processing systems.
You will work on improvements and support the rollout of innovative solutions.
You will be part of the Geophysical Engineering department and will collaborate with other Technicians, Operations Engineers, Purchasing, Logistics, and our Suppliers.
Typically following prescribed guidelines and procedures but may deviate.
Provides on-the-job training to more junior colleagues.
Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Requires a college or university degree.
Continues to build knowledge of the organisation, processes and customers.
Responsibilities include:
To ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest quality and professionalism in accordance with the company Integrated Management System and project-specific documentation
To ensure that all activities are carried out with the highest regard to the health and safety, protection of the environment and prevention of pollution
Assembly, maintain and testing of all company's geophysical equipment while onsite at company's onshore sites
Give accurate feedback to the Geophysical Operations Engineers or Manager on the status of equipment and any potential issues.
Carry out repairs, refurbishment and maintenance of geophysical equipment and complete all required documentation.
Identify and maintain minimum levels of spares and consumables to be kept in stock to carry onshore repairs via the Purchasing Department.
Liaise with Warehouse and Logistics, Asset & Repairs Controller and Workshop teams as and when required,
Undertake Risk Assessments and Toolbox Talks prior to the commencement of works.
Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained at all times.
Continually seek the identification of new working methods and/ or technology and / or cost reductions to improve performance.
To identify your personal training needs, bring them to the attention of the department manager and to take full advantage of the training opportunities.
