Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.

Ensure shift to shift hand-off is complete. Support and complete small capital projects. Required Experience:
3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment; preferably in chemical/paint manufacturing High School Diploma or equivalent Must have expertise in packaging equipment, plumbing, and pipefitting, with skills in electrical work and instrument calibration considered a definite plus Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex packaging and material-handling equipment is required Ability to do basic math. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable, safe and efficient operation of production equipment, CNC machinery and facility infrastructure.
You will play a key role in supporting continuous production by managing planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults and driving improvements that reduce downtime and enhance machine reliability.

The successful Maintenance Surveyor will play an important part in the Property and Asset management team and will report into the contract manager.
The successful candidates' main remit will be to provide the day to day repair service to tenants and maintain the Council's housing stock.
