This will include but is not limited to; equipment calibration, the set-up of specialised measurement/monitoring equipment, model assembly and integration for test, troubleshooting and assisting in the operation of facilities.The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the drive and commitment necessary for ensuring that work is completed in line with challenging schedule requirements whilst maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Salary: £12.21 - £12.21 per hour + mileage Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time, Evenings, Weekends, Nights Shifts Available: Flexible blocks from 2 to 24 hours | Weekdays 3 PM - 9 PM | Weekends 7 AM - 2:30 PM and/or 2:30 PM - 11 PM
Your Role Will Include:
Supporting young adults and individuals with daily routines, personal care, medication, and mobility needs
Planning and participating in fun, engaging outings and activities like walks, local events, or recreational trips
Promoting independence while ensuring safety, dignity, and well-being
Building positive, trusting relationships with individuals and their families
Acting as a positive role model and mentor in day-to-day life
Supporting individuals with a range of needs including Autism, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Learning Disabilities, Dementia, and Mental Health challenges

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills with a person-centred approach
Desirable Previous experience in care or support work (but full training provided!)
