JOB DESCRIPTION
The HRIS Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle HCM Cloud system.
This role serves as a key liaison between Human Resources, IT, Payroll, and business units to ensure accurate employee data, efficient workflows, and effective system utilization.
The HRIS Coordinator also supports system upgrades, new implementations and other technical projects.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules and a desire to drive continuous improvement through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for Oracle HCM system questions, access requests, and troubleshooting support. Create and run reports using Oracle HCM tools to provide workforce data insights to Corporate and local HR and leadership teams. Support system configurations and updates across Oracle modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Payroll. Participate in Oracle HCM Cloud releases by testing new features, identifying impacts, and supporting change management efforts. Collaborate with IT and Oracle support teams to resolve system issues and enhance user experience. Oversee interfaces between Oracle and third-party vendors and if necessary, resolve technical issues in coordination with Technical Support teams.
Maintain HRIS documentation, standard operating procedures, and data audit processes. Deliver training and guidance to HR users and managers on Oracle functionality and best practices. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, internal policies, and audit standards. Create, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools for department, financial and operational needs.
Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing business needs and create ad-hoc reports.
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or a similar HRIS system in an HR support role with HR systems implementation experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting system upgrades and quarterly Oracle releases. Understanding of HR processes such as on-boarding, performance reviews, benefits enrollment, and organizational changes. Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools a plus. Experience in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment. Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud navigation, workflows, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher preferred).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish sales strategy and supporting business plan that is focused on growth and profitability for assigned Region.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE
3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.

Based at our client's Lichfield site and working collaboratively within the wider IRS team, the successful candidate will be required to conduct on-site service maintenance visits and operational checks across a wide-ranging suite of cutting-edge equipment at sites throughout the UK.
All necessary training will be provided of course, giving you the skills required to succeed in this important customer facing role, allowing you to build on our client's reputation as a world leading provider of radiation protection services.Key Responsibilities
To conduct, in accordance with the quality management system, pre- and post-survey administrative duties to prepare survey data for reporting.
To undertake safety testing, i.e., surveys of equipment and the environment where ionising and non-ionising radiation equipment or radioactive materials are used.
This will primarily consist of medical and dental equipment used in healthcare, though may involve equipment used in other industries.
Provide technical support to the RPA function, under supervision, when appropriate.
Provide support to the Quality Assurance team, utilising bespoke software tools.
Provide customer training as appropriate.
Conduct checks and maintenance on all equipment including, vehicles, and radiation testing equipment.
Oversee the co-ordination of technical equipment calibration with the approved calibration service.
Communicate any faults or deficiencies to the Divisional Scientific Officer
Skills & Experience
A science related degree qualification is essential.
A full driving license is essential because of the travel involved.
Company vehicles are provided for travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
Able to demonstrate team leadership.
Experience of data analysis.
Good interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving skills.
Due to the nature of the role, the post holder should be willing and able to work on-site at locations across the UK.
As a result, it is anticipated that approximately 15-20 overnight stays per year will be required in order to succeed in this role.
