Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve independence and thrive? We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join a semi-independent living service in Wiltshire, working with young people aged 16+.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping young people build essential life skills and gain confidence to live independently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting young people during property visits and transitions
Assisting with housing-related tasks (e.g.
maintenance issues)
Accompanying to community appointments
Liaising with social workers, healthcare teams, and other professionals

Monday to Sunday
09:00-17:00 or 11:00-19:00 (Full-time and part-time hours available)

Work in partnership with Corporate Development and Strategy groups to develop strategy maps and business plans.
Identify and assist in the prioritization of merger and acquisition (M&A) targets based on strategic initiatives and growth priorities. Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology. Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators. Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate. Responds to unscheduled maintenance issues as required.

Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology. Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators. Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
