Essential Skills/Experience:

The Process Engineer III will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer III will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer III will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer III, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Job Title: HGV Workshop Controller (90% productive)
Location: Epping Forest
Salary: £51,000 - £57,500 per annum
Shift Pattern:
- Wk1: Monday to Friday 6:00am 3:00pm
- Wk2: Monday to Friday 9:00am 6:00pm
Benefits:
- Class 2 Licence Training through company
- Overtime at 1.5x Monday to Saturday
- Overtime at 2.0x Sundays & Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
As a HGV Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the team
- Improving workshop performance.
- Routine Maintenance
- Diagnosis and Repairs
- Quality Control
- Documentation
- Customer Service
- Seasonal callout - 1/2 times per annum
- Participation in meetings
- Allocation of work
- Ensure availability of workshop equipment and tools
- Monitor health and safety regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations
Requirements:
To be well-suited to this role as a HGV Workshop Controller, you should have:
- Technician Qualification
- Experience as a Workshop Controller
- Technical Skills
- Adequate Equipment
- Attention to Detail
- Team Player
- Safety Awareness
- Flexibility
- Understanding of compliance associated with Heavy Goods Vehicles.
- Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge.
- Knowledge of service-relevant applications
