GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Sales Associate is an introductory sales role in which the associate is partnered with an experienced Sales Professional who will assist in ensuring comprehensive and hands-on training.

3RD ANNUAL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM:

Starting salaries for associates are estimated to be between $60,000.00 and $65,000.00 with up to a 15% bonus potential.

Following the two-year program, graduates will be promoted and assigned their own territory, responsibilities, sales targets, and bonus opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Offer basic technical support of named product sets. Visit job sites to support installations and build your knowledge. Manage select dealer and end user relationships. EDUCATION:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' sales or construction experience and/or training.
In place of experience, a bachelor's degree will be considered.

Good communication skills. Strong Interpersonal skills. Must have a valid driver's license. The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers. Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).

The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.

Manage and coordinate key North American training programs: Collect and organize training needs and requests. Follow up on training requests from customer partners and sales team representatives. Schedule programs and events while maintaining an up-to-date calendar. Book venues and arrange necessary equipment. Order catering to ensure a pleasant participant experience. Secure and schedule trainers for various programs. Prepare and distribute training materials, such as guides, feedback forms, and certificates of completion. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Share a detailed report with the Director of Learning. Monitor accounts receivable and expenses; ensure invoices are processed and paid on time. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, such as rescheduling sessions or making adjustments to participant schedules. Assist with on-the-day training coordination at Tremco University Rhode Island: Set up training venues, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place. Welcome participants, manage sign-ins, and provide any necessary instructions for the day. Act as the primary point of contact during events to quickly address and resolve any issues. Act as a liaison for communication and coordination among partners, vendors, and participants. Monitor and manage emails related to training activities sent to the shared email inbox (TremcoCPGLearning@tremcoinc.com). Utilize the eLearning platform to maintain accurate training records, including tracking attendance, completions, and issuing certificates.
