3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one- or two-year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of construction, building and facility maintenance a plus.
Should have experience with word processing or spreadsheet software, Internet software, and contact management systems.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $100,000 and $160,000 + comprehensive bonus.

Service Care Solutions are looking for an SEN Case Officer to work with the Camden Council on a 4-month contract.Location: Camden (Hybrid)
Pay: £29per hour umbrella ltdJob role/responsibilities: To support CSF Special Educational Needs Team in fulfilling its role in carrying out the statutory Education, Health, and Care (EHC) needs assessments of children and young people with special educational needs (SEN).
Ensure EHC needs assessments are carried out in a timely way in collaboration with involved professionals and families.
Support back log off annual reviews and phase transfer 0- 25.
Parents and professionals contribute advice in a timely way in relation to the statutory assessment of individual children and young people undergoing assessment.
Assessment Co-ordinators, Planning and Placement Officers and other professionals including named staff in schools, early years and college settings are aware of deadlines and requirements.
Parents are aware of and engaged in the process.
All parental and practitioner advice is available, using agreed information management systems.
Draft plans are written, in conjunction with Assessment Co-ordinators, in a timely way.
Input by all involved professionals to the EHC needs assessment process is co-ordinated so that statutory timescales are met.
Knowledge/Experience required:
Candidate must have experience in processing annual reviews and be able to have a person-centered approach as well as having a thorough understanding of the required process when amending EHCP's.
Candidate should have experience and knowledge of the phase transfer process and be able to carry out relevant case work and attend annual reviews.
Case management experience which would support the tribunal service.
