JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Inspection Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and dispatching all inspections for WTI.
This position ensures that the regional responsibilities are managed, tracked, and executed timely.
This role must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing the inspection volume for an assigned division.
Ensuring project volume is managed and executed within established business rules and objectives.
Key responsibilities include accurate field reporting, timely completion of jobs, and project backlog management.
This position will have the authority to make scheduling changes as required to manage scope changes, unplanned work, and weather-related changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the scheduling and onboarding of the field technician team. Assist with schedule communication with regional Sales Representatives and management. Assist with travel and hotel arrangements for inspection routes. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing various communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters.
Assist with managing data and information across multiple platforms, including SAP, Excel, Sharepoint, and more.
Assist with schedule communication between customer and technician. Interact with cross-functional groups, and internal and field representatives in efforts to gather, coordinate, and complete paperwork and information. Maintain an updated customer contact list. Ability to determine escalation of communications as needed to management Special projects as needed.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work closely with other teams and departments. Computer Literacy, )365 suite, SAP, Excel, Word, IOS. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing administrative business functions. Performing Administrative activity: performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining, tracking, and management of paper and electronic data. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work: developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work. Experience with Project Management and Gantt charts is a plus but not a requirement. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and key social media tools. Ability to consistently demonstrate the company's values of hard work and insight and to remain effective in their approach to work. Job Title - Material Technician (Warehouse)
Job Purpose
The Material Technician is responsible for processing inbound returns from the field of warehouse materials, including cutting back products, paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operation to move materials.
You will also be responsible for processing outbound / inbound warehouse materials, including paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operations to move materials, the loading and unloading of trucks and general warehouse duties.
Principal Accountabilities
Identifies, pulls, counts, stages and ships orders. Process pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents. Loads and unloads trucks. Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts material as it is received by the Company, and distributes material quickly and efficiently. Process returns from sales field installations. Cut back materials for re-work or waste stream. Move materials via forklift to designated warehouse areas. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas. Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate person/departments after the receiving process is complete. Immediately cleans and reports any spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor. Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees.

This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances.
Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $18.00-$20.00 p/h.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Position: Utility Technician Position Summary: Responsible for production and compliance assigned duties.

IBP technical professional with 5-7 years of experience in SAP Planning Platforms (IBP/APO), SAP Materials Management, and SAP integrations to take leading IT position in implementation of SAP IBP and ownership of the platform.
Position will be responsible for the ongoing strategic development and operation of a highly effective SAP IBP Platform, optimizing processes and technology, and managing any staffing requirements.

Responsibilities: Serve as the domain expert and advocate for best implementation practices. Hands-on system configuration of SAP IBP, Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-Startup support ensuring that IBP is properly functioning from end-to-end and conforms to specifications. Qualifications:

This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services. Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed. This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights. Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval. The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of WTI's operational, financial, and compliance frameworks to support accurate project execution and reporting.
