JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Specification Development Stage:

Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work). Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system. Monitors customers' accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry. Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in the takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management-related coordination and collaboration.

Essential Functions:
Direct responsibility to support the Territory Manager daily basis in non-selling functions. Responsibility for non-selling tasks such as reading, reporting, and responding to contractor communications under the direction of the Territory Manager.

Bachelor's Degree preferred, in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
2+ years of project management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.
Strong skills in communication (oral and written), organization, and time management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of sales processes and procedures. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits as required. Travel in the field is >50% of the time. Previous experience in sales or sales administration is preferred Salesforce experience, preferred Fast learner, ability to listen and effectively obtain information.

The role: , As a Client Success Coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing and inspiring high-performing teams across the Genesis Division.
Reporting to the Client Success Enablement Manager, your main priority will be to coach and support teams focused on client renewals and retention, with a strong emphasis on B2B contract negotiation and communication excellence., You'll deliver coaching and training to ensure teams are equipped to handle client conversations confidently across a wide range of communication channels—adapting their approach to suit each client's preferred method, whether written, spoken, or digital., You'll help embed best practices for renewal activity, objection handling, and value communication, adapting your approach to suit different teams and individuals., You'll leverage tools such as Call Miner and Salesforce to identify coaching opportunities and measure impact, using data-driven insights to continuously improve team performance.
You'll collaborate closely with managers and other coaches to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience and support the ongoing development of the Client Success function.

You have a proven track record in coaching within client success, customer service, or sales environments, ideally with experience in B2B contract negotiation and renewals.
You are highly organised, proactive, and able to manage your time and priorities to maximise your impact across multiple teams., You are inspirational and motivational, able to build rapport with all types of people and adapt your coaching style to suit individual needs.
You have a strong understanding of coaching and psychology models, and you're comfortable using tools like Call Miner, Salesforce, or similar platforms to inform your coaching practice., You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and are committed to continuous improvement—both for yourself and those you coach.
