What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, focusing on high volume recruitment for manufacturing and support roles.
This individual will be responsible for full cycle recruitment.
This position must possess considerable skill in sourcing and interviewing as well as an extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high volume manufacturing positions, including production, warehouse and administrative support roles. Review resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, assessing the candidate's knowledge, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization. Ability to lead the on-boarding process for all new hires. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract talent, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and industry associations.
Develop and maintain relationships with temporary agencies and search firms as necessary to ensure achievement of staffing goals. Review and prepare job descriptions to conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
Maintain all pertinent applicants tracking and interview data in the HRIS. Draft offer letters providing proposed compensation, starting dates and present employment offers. Assist HR Coordinator with conducting post offer screenings including, but not limited to reference checks, background checks and pre-employment physicals, onboarding, retraction letters and candidate communication as needed.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact and delivering timely communication and feedback. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and sales talent acquisition, and recommend process improvements as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high volume recruitment within an applicant tracking system. Proven track record of success in sourcing talent. Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills with a focus on building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with external organizations.
Uphold a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
Preferred Requirements:
Exempt and non-exempt recruitment experience in a chemical or construction industry. Oracle HRIS.

Works directly with Production Supervisors, other Process Technician, Utility, and others in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. Have good command and general working knowledge of manufacturing equipment. Comprehension of manufacturing techniques and demonstrates safety compliances Executes tasks and project responsibilities as outlined and assigned from the compliance calendar, production worklist, expected delivery report, and verbal / written instructions from Supervisors and Management.
Inventory Control through cycle counts, batch log & MUS record keeping, and filling or transferring documentation. Essential Functions:
Design maintenance procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy. Maintains Maintenance Department order, discipline, and effectiveness in a uniform and consistent fashion in accordance with manufacturing and company policies. Assists with the generation, planning, cost analysis and implementation of assigned capital projects as directed by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
BS in Engineering or related field.
5-7 years of Industrial maintenance and Environmental health/safety experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
BS in Engineering or related field. CRMP Certification\ Proficiency in Windows, CAD and Allen Bradley PLC's preferred. Prior management experience is preferred.

Essential Functions:
Develop electrical and controls standards for all new equipment purchases moving forward.
Assist in specifying new equipment with Engineering as per the needs of the Operations Team.
Become the Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) on all tasks electrically related. Direct Maintenance Techs to aid in troubleshooting plant equipment to improve reliability and uptime.
Educate the maintenance team to increase their controls aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Be directly responsible to troubleshoot equipment when it is above the ability of Maintenance Techs. Extract procedural knowledge from existing employees and document to support future manufacturing operations.
This is a necessary task as potentially lost information is detrimental to the organization as attrition occurs.
Promote a safe working environment specifically with Electrical Safety in mind.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar level technical degree.
5-10 years minimum related experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing plant.

What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. The Maintenance Engineer vacancy is working with a market leading manufacturing firm based in the Leighton Buzzard area of Bedfordshire.

Salary of upto £65,000 with annual pay increases
33 days Holiday (Pro Rata)

Training, Career and Development opportunities Main Duties & Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer include;
Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs ensuring that all production targets are maintained - maintaining factory manufacturing machinery
Monitor & supply Engineering support of machine set-up & changeovers to ensure that the product conforms to any quality assurance standards and ensuring changeovers are as efficient as possible.
Experience and Qualifications Required for Maintenance Engineer;
Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship & Qualification or equivalent, e.g.
NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above - Mechanical or Electrical
High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to problems.
Maintenance Engineer experience or qualifications of a Maintenance Engineer
